Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am extremely upset with the response from *** *** Senior Regulatory Affairs Associate Experian Consumer Affairs As I mentioned in my complaint that I had sent them evidence showing Letters from Superior Court and bankruptcy court clearly stating by the county Clerk ** *** *** Chief Deputy that the have NO Records with the name *** * *** with search of Index as well as the Bankruptcy Court ** *** *** Deputy In-chargeWhich I have attached as evidence and my dispute letter clearly asking for the details of the Bankruptcy as to what was the Claim? who were the parties for which was listed in the bankruptcy?Mostly what was the amount?? what were the asserts? The Court the Clerk? The people and the companies that were in the claims?? You "Can Not" Have Bankruptcy without Claims and Assets and Details!!! If Experian claims that I have a Bankruptcy then they have to provide the details because the burden of proof is on them!! I have attached most of my Evidence due to the fact that I am limited to Uploads and I would like Revdex.com of *** *** to review the letters from The courts as well as my request from Experian to Provide details which they are not willing to because it does not exist !!! As I stated that I am eagerly trying to find decent employment and Not mention I just buried my Mother few weeks ago and trying to hold on to a tough personal life almost in the verge of getting a divorce because of financial reasons as well.I am hoping and asking Revdex.com of *** *** to help me with resolving this issue which has been a detrimental to my career and life.I have attached proofs.
Regards,
