In April our computer screen went blue and flashed call the business' phone number because our computer has been compromised Feeling concerned about our computer security,my husband electronically signed a sales agreement and paid $for technical support services and Virus Eraser Antivirus products This week we received numerous phone calls from a vendor claiming to be hired by Virus Eraser, Inc and wanting to remotely tune up our computer I called Virus Eraser, Incto verify that in fact this was a service and that the call was legitimate The service representative stated that the tune up was included in our agreement, but that the network security product had expired since it was only for six months I asked and received an explanation of the difference between the anti-virus product and the network security product The representative listed what services/products were included in the original $907, none of which were detailed in the sales agreementWith the r

Flash came across our monitor screen claiming to be our internet provider (*** ***) It stated we had a virus and to call immediately to fix We thought we were calling our internet provider,as they claimed they were an affiliate of ***We had them fix it to the tune of $ Afterwards we didn't feel right about the charge and called them back They insisted we had to pay an additional charge of $to reverse the charge of $245.50! I purchased the so called Virus Eraser on December 3, 2017, due to a supposed virus threat, the company seemed legitimate so I had them fix my computer, so I thoughtAbout a week later I received the same virus threat warningI called them that there product didn't work and I wanted a complete refund of my $273.00, the person I spoke too assured me I would have my funds refunded within working days, as of this date Jan I have not received nor heard from the Company via telephone or e-mailsI didn't get the representatives name that assured my funds would be refundedI contacted *** technical support and have had no problems since, they also said I should report the Company in question to the FCC

Company hacked/froze my computer with message about a virus, don't turn off computer or lose everything, call this number In ignorance I did so and purchased their eraser, yet never accessed it A few months later began receiving phone calls saying Revdex.com was requiring them to issue refunds to all customers and I needed to be logged in to get refund issued electronically I refused saying they could issue refund without logging in or could mail a check They call every day, sometimes several times a day for months Yesterday, when I answered the guy told me their computer crashed, they lost all and had to issue a refund and I needed to log in When I refused, he told me (in many descriptive words) that we could have sex all night and then I would get my refund I am beyond fed up with them I don't want anyone to have to hear or experience what I have

As with several complainants on your website, I am reporting the same kind of issue with VirusEraser I logged in to my computer one afternoon in May to find my screen locked with a message that said that my computer was infected, that I should not close the warning window or re-boot my computer or I would lose filesThe message claimed to be from *** and instructed me to call a number immediatelyI called and someone from VirusEraser answeredThey did not immediately identify themselves as ***, so I was suspiciousI askedThey said that they were a third party vendor contracted through *** to solve these sorts of issuesI allowed the technician to take control of my computer via remote$later and he claimed to have "fixed" the issues and installed the VirusEraser anti-virus softwareIt worked fine for a short time, but then my computer began to act upI called *** directly through their tech support numberOnce the technician was on-line, and

Tech fixed my all issues

I have Recently had a large amount of calls from people working for this company and I have told them repeatedly not to call me on my cell or house phone because I did not need their services but they have kept calling me over and over since Dec I have continued to hassle me and my family about this and will not stop after being told to on every occasion I am tired of them calling and harassing me when I'm at work and at home I don't not want them to call me ever again because they do not do what they say all they did for me was put a Trojan virus on my computer and I had to get it removed they are a very sorry company
