This company has fraudulently charged my credit card the sum of $for
so called repairs to a computerThis service was never done and I am having a difficult time recovering my money although a refund was promisedPlease beware of this company they are not reputable and cannot be trustedThis situation is in existence since April 10,
On Feb around PM, my computer screen suddenly went blue with a printed and audio message that my computer had a virus or had been hacked and I should call * *** *** *** immediately to get help to protect my information I did so, and ended up authorizing a charge of $to my credit card for a program, Virus erase, to protect me from further intrusions Tech support guy said my *** was not capable of protecting me from this virus I asked how they knew my computer was compromised and he said they had been notified by windows defender
I later checked the virus erase website and learned that I could get that program for less than $ I believe I am a victim of an internet scam
The techs at Virus Eraser are very courteous, patient with customer's questions and confident they can repair my computer problems This last session took three tries before the issues were resolved The techs checked in with me daily to see how my computer was operating and did not give up until I was satisfied! I am very pleased with this service!
I got involved with Virus Erase in January of They phoned me and told me that I have a virus on my computer and that they would fix it for a price I am an elderly woman with no computer experience and I allowed them to proceed It cost me about $which I put on a credit card at that time Then ion July 17th they again called me and said they detected something on my computer They allegedly fixed it and I once again wrote them a check for and thought the problem was resolved and that it was a yearly fee In November they again called me and "needed" to fix the virus that was on my computer and yes, I again paid them On December 10th someone called identifying themselves as a rep from Virus Eraser and charged me $for a yearly protection feeThen on December 20th they once again called with the same story and wanted almost $dollars again to fix this scam done on December 10th *** *** told me that his was not their company but that the
