I am rejecting this response because:It is all lip serviceThey have not attempted to even set up a dateThis is the same response we get wach and every time we call themThey have our deposit money and since they are not going to give us this product, they can return our moneyWe are going into the winter now and we get snow up here early and we have told them that numerous timesBut we continue to get the same canned responseNow you can refund us our money

Good Morning,In reference to Mr*** we understand that there is a repair pending we have sent the repair out and have replaced one 10xgarage door, walk in door and adjusted the other garage door The only pending repair we have at this point from customer is to replace three sheet on
roof and replace some sheet metal on the sides We apologize for the delay but we are doing the best on scheduling and sending repair out to be completed In speaking with Karina our scheduler for that area she is working on having this taken care of with in the next two weeks If any of the trim works need replacing we can go ahead and take care of that as well as per building not passing inspection we would need failed inspection paper work from the county showing it did not pass inspection and what failed inspection.We can go ahead and complete any repair pending on garage and discuss discount but at this time we can not issue entire new garage we will do what it take to make sure that repair are completed properly and done as soon as possible If further information is needed please let me know.Sincerely,Estephanie M***Customer Service & Scheduling Manager

I am rejecting this response because: I gave them the size of carport that I neededIt was ftlong 18ft. wide and I told them I need 12ft of clearance for my camper to go under itWhen they said the legs were 12fthigh I thought that was going to give me 12ftclearancethey used this to sell me more carport then I needed as to make more money off meThen they want to charge me $dollars more to come back and fix this carportthey still have not delall they owe methey are nothing but a bunch of crooksThe carport I received does not match the CERTIFIED plans they sent me

To whom it may concern,In reference to Vince *** we have received repair order for the our installers to come out and add tubing on the gables as far as the color for the gable end when Mr*** placed his order he placed the order with burgundy roof and white gable ends. An
email was sent to him with a copy of the order which show the colors, the area in which he is located is very hard to get orders in we are working with the general manager to get an installers to come out to do the repair as soon as possible. Please give me at least two weeks to find someone to come out to take care of the issues I apologize for the delay and all of the inconvenience we have caused. I am rejecting this response because: I spoke to sales manager. They admitted fault. The contract was looked at by two different attorneys, contract did have the siding and trim colors stated. The company DID fix the problem at their cost. I do not recommend the company to anyone in the future due to lies and deception. The installers made unneeded rude comments. Attached is the original contract with the side and trim indicated on there

I am rejecting this response because: the response given by the vendor is incorrectI was message was left in September at 2:00pm to respond back to TNT by 4:00pm the same day, by the time I got the message and returned the call they were closedI called the next morning and they said it was too late the truck had already left and they would reschedule soon, however, I received no such message on December 7th as they representI called them and emailed them in December and was told it would be soon but between December and no January I have received no further communications from them and still do not have my orderClark Harris is an authorized sales representative for TNT who took my order and was paid the depositAs MrHarris represents TNT then TNT should be responsible for returning my depositIt has been months since the order was submitted and TNT represented to me that the order would be delivered and installed in 3-weeksThey tried only one time to make the delivery in September of and as I said only gave me a hour notice, since that time I have not heard back from themI have several emails that I have sent to them over the past several months to back up my testimony asking them for my deposit or delivery of the item I ordered with no results

dear Johana. The response from TNT has been the same we the consumer have been receiving and nothing done. they had sent a crew out once to do repairs and they didn't repair anything and left. we try and contact the business and they won't return our calls. they have screened our number so they are not contacted by us. we have contacted the attorney general of our state on this matter as well. with that said, the reply from the business is a default response that holds no value but a escape from being responsible for any poor workmanship. thank you. regards [redacted]

Good afternoon,Hope everything is well, in reference to [redacted] in the state of Connecticut the garage was installed almost three years ago.  If you take a look at our warranty it shows "Seller warrants that its installation of the Unit will be free of defects in workmanship, but...

Buyer must notify Seller of any such defect within thirty days after installation.  The customer called we sent the guys out to do repair work on the garage door, the repair work was completed and signed off by customer.  Summer of 2015 customer called complained about door at this time customer was notified that the door had no type of warranty the installation was two year prior and there was only a 30 day warranty.  At that point customer proceeds to notify us that he had someone else mess with garage door and really needed the repair, TNT offered to sale a new garage door and replace it and he would have a thirty day warranty but was all we could do for him.He agreed and said he would call back to purchase garage door, customer did not call back in until December of 2015 but he called a different scheduling rep hoping he would receive a different answer.  As our policy we request a copy of invoice to be faxed so that we can take a look and see what type of warranty the building has.  Customer assured he would fax order in and order was never received he called constantly stating copy of order was faxed. Since the copy of faxed was not sent in our rep-referred him to management and when he realized it was the same rep he stated he would take it further.  As explained to customer we are more than happy to sale and install a new garage door but we can not send a repair on a building that has been installed for more than three years.Please let us know if there is anything else we can do. Sincerely, [redacted]Customer Service Manager

Good afternoon, Hope everything is well, in reference to Mr. [redacted] we did receive an addition to customer existing building and at the time he was informed that addition he was requesting could not be attached to his building.  The order was put on hold until we could figure out a way to...

install addition in April mr. [redacted] contacted Rosa in scheduling and came to an agreement as to how the unit was going to be installed.The customer was contacted once more by Rosa to schedule and confirm order with customer, at that point Mr. [redacted] agreed to everything that was on order when the installer showed up to do the installation the complete order was different to what he wanted.  The concrete slab was not wide enough and there was a storage area as well which was not included in the order confirmed with customer.  Mr. [redacted] then was contacted by Julio and he explained that the order made with our company was not the same and he would incur extra charge and that point he decided to cancel the order.  The refund was turned in on April the 17th and sent to our accounts receivable it is a process.  That department has to make sure the refund goes on the same card on April 20th the credit card was refunded it those take a couple of days for the refund to reflect on the card.  Mr. [redacted] can contact his credit card company and he will be advised it has been credited back.If he needs copy of receipt showing it has been done. Sincerely, Estephanie [redacted]Customer Service & Scheduling Manager

Mr. [redacted] would agree to pay the price of this modification but Mr. [redacted] expects this service to be provided for free and that is not reasonable. When I spoke with Mr. [redacted] and told him that the dimensions stated on the order form (as well as the ones that were used for installation), he said that maybe he and [redacted] (the sales rep) agreed to it, but "it was all Greek to him". I am sending a separate email with the receipt that was sent to Mr. [redacted] on April 16th, 2015, which clearly states the dimensions of the unit he bought. Please let me know how else I can assist in finding a prompt resolution to this problem. Sincerely, -[redacted] Sales Manager
