calls between customer and our company and we have agreed on getting door and making sure that the unit is anchored properly. On Friday November 18, 2016 customer was contacted and informed that doors where in our warehouse and we would get someone to come out to do installation of doors and to fix anchoring so that unit will pass inspection.  Our company will do the best to get this taking care of within the next two weeks.Please let me know if further information is needed.Sincerely,Estephanie M[redacted]

To whom it may concern,In reference to Al Vega the unit was taken down and our installers were sent out several times to try to install the unit purchased each time our installer came out there would be another issue with order that was not on our contract agreed upon.  Our company can not issue a refund on a contract that was attempted several times install only to get rejected as far as the deposit goes we do not receive payment until unit is installed.  The deposit that was given was not sent or made out to TNT Carports.  I apologize for any inconvenience but please keep in mind that our company has lost in material and installer labor please contact dealer in reference to deposit. Sincerely,Estephanie MonroyCustomer Service & Scheduling Manager

I am rejecting this response because:
There was no problem with color of gables, they are what I ordered. As I previously stated the lack of communication is one of my major concerns. I was called last week by TNT about scheduling the repair and as has happened several times the person I talked to was going to call me back and no call back

Hope everything is well, in reference to [redacted] we have received complaint and have several attempts on the repair the first time that the installers came out they were not able to do any repairs because they needed a welding machine.  The second time the installers came out to complete...

repairs she refused the repair she did not want installers to weld on sight, At that point she was contacted to notify her that the welding on sight would have to be done so that the inspection would pass and she agreed.  The installers came out on November 9th to do repairs and on November 16th Mrs. [redacted] contacted our South Carolina schedulers scheduler at 12:34 pm to inform her that the building had passed inspection and the only other information needed was contractor license number. Rosa provided information required and also informed her that if she needed city license that would be a different number but if it was required to give us a call,  Mrs. [redacted] thanked our scheduler for taking care of the issued and would let us know if she needed further assistance.  TNT is willing to provide information needed to pull permit and the repair would have been taken care of the second time  she was scheduled bur she refused for repair to be completed.  Please let us know if City license are required to pull permit or any other information.Sincerely,Estephanie M[redacted]Customer Service & Scheduling Manager

customer has agreed every time we have sent a contractor out only to have them turn around an not be able to install, the installer were scheduled to be out and take care of install again this week the guys were having complications and were running behind but did  show up this morning to install.  Once our installer showed up and started working they were informed once more that unit was not what he wanted and spoke with Karina to revise order and switch the leg height and no extra cost plus a discounts per customer request.Our installer was informed installer to go ahead with the rest of the installs we would make sure that he would get correct material for height and be back for installation on Thursday September 21, our installer left property and kept working only to receive a phone call advising that leg height and unit would stay the same.  TNT Carports has made several attempts in delivering product and believe that we are not going to be able satisfy customer  Per our terms and conditions I believe we have exceeded attempts on trying to install unit. Sincerely, Estephanie MonroyCustomer Service & Scheduling Manager

To whom it may concern, In reference to Steve [redacted] the unit has been installed and we have received payment for to unit we would like customer to please refer to terms and conditions that he agree upon which states "scheduling Delivery and Installation: Seller will make a good faith effort to deliver and install the Unit within 60 days after Seller's acceptance of this Contract, and will notify buyer at least 24 hours before delivery.  Buyer may, by written notice received by Seller not more than 7 days after Seller's acceptance hereon, delay the delivery and installation for up to 60 days.  In no event will Seller be liable for any damage or consequential damages resulting from any delay in delivery or installation of the Unit."Mr. [redacted] has signed and agreed to the terms and condition per our signed contract at this point we are not able to issue any type of refund but we can come out and remove unit and issue refund for balance received at time of installation.  Sincerely,Estephanie [redacted]Customer Service & Scheduling Manager

[redacted] was contacted to be ale to get installed on Septemer 22nd with no return call, this was the first attempt to schedule we also made a 2nd attempt on December 7th with no return phone call as well.  Our company has made efforts to install and set up unit but wee have had no success in contacting customer, as far as deposit our company those not received any type of payment until unit is installed.  The actual deposit was given to Clark Harris which he keeps for selling unit, customer can contact dealer to see if he would refund deposit.As a company we are willing to go ahead and set up appointment with customer for the week of January 25th and 26th he would be contacted the week of the 18th to set up an appointment, if customer is willing to get unit set up please give us a call with corrected number or a secondary number so that we can get everything set up.  If there is any other questions feel free in contacting our office. Sincerely, Estephanie [redacted]Customer Service Manager

Good Afternoon, Hope everything is well, in reference to Jake [redacted], we received and review complain we understand when carport was installed some repair were pending on unit installed.  We had a repair sent out to replace cracked window which was done as far as the walk in door we can not...

move door on unit.  As per customer contract he has only paid for two garage door to be installed on side of building which were done the walk in door was not charged for a header on side there for it was installed as we normally do installations.  On invoice received by Manning Buildings and by customer there is no footage of the garage door and walk in door at this point the only thing we can are able to do is issue a refund of $175 but we are not able to alter building once its installed.  Sincerely, Estephanie [redacted]Customer Service & Scheduling Manager

Good Morning,Hope everything is well, in reference to [redacted] customer placed order on 9/16/15 for an addition to his existing carport.  Usually the waiting  period is two to five weeks but it was scheduled with in couple of days of the purchase, the installation was set for Tuesday...

first thing in the morning and when customer called us to notify that installers had not showed up the first thing we did was to try to get in touch with the installer.  The installer notified us that he was in fact running behind and that he would be there with in the hour, we then called the customer to let her know we also informed her that if she needed to do anything else the guys could go ahead and do the addition and she could send payment later.  This was just and option that was given to her, TNT did receive a phone call two hours later stating that the guys still had not showed up.At this point the customer was giving a $50.00 discount and assured that the installer would in fact show up for the installation.  As far as customer purchasing material previously from our metal shop this was never motioned previously to us about having any issues.  In the state of North Carolina all of employees must have a lunch break otherwise as a company could be fined.  Therefor our lunch break is between 12:00 and 1:00 in the afternoon Monday thru Friday, our staff is fluent in English as well the person that took the order those all the ordering for our material and has never had any problems with his language.  As far as waiting the extra ten minutes for the material that is the time that it take the guys to verify that everything was purchased and to get the material together.  We hate that they had to wait for an hour but they did come during our employees lunch break and I am sure that if it was their lunch break they would understand.TNT carports strives to satisfies each an everyone of its customer and we hate that this experience was not the greatest but we do feel like the $50.00 is sufficient on the addition.  If you have any further question please feel free and give us a call. Sincerely,Estephanie M[redacted]Customer Service Manager
