Tonight has to be the 50th time I have had players late scratched in about a year in fantasy basketball. In football and baseball you can make changes up until game time which is totally fair enough but in basketball no such thing. None of their customer service reps can give me a explanation for that. Also whoever they get their updates from about players starting injuries, projected starters is almost useless. All of us that play continue to try to be patient here but this site is really turning into a crap shoot and really has more to do with either bad or good luck now and not skill because of the people they are using for their updates. Understandable it could happen once or twice but not 50 times or more in a year. Also there reimbursement loyalty is probably less then one half of 1 percent for play. You have to play almost 2000.00 a month to get back about 2$-3.00 in games.

As per our support FAQ page, we have recently implemented a new verification process, which asks all FanDuel users who request a withdrawal (check or ***) of any amount to verify their identity onceEven if they have provided us their tax details in the past, they will need to re-verify within our new verification system. This process is in place to ensure our users are able to participate in a safe and fair environment. In the event that a FanDuel user is unable to complete this process, we will be unable to process their withdrawal until they do.In regards to this current complaint, the user was having issues completing this process, which was preventing them from withdrawing. We reached out to the user to resolve the issue they were experiencing, and as mentioned previously, were able to resolve the matter

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:It takes skill to have your money thrown away by a scam? Nobody is going to win any money from you guys....Hope everyone realizes this before you rip people off of their hard earned money If a computer can generate a better lineup than me I'd have nothing to do with it.Honestly, your advertising stinks, you should be more up front....if it was easy to win, than everyone would..as someone who has played season fantasy before & won....I was expecting a lot more success than what I had on your site I did win some money on your site, but $or so from the amount in the complaint is stupidly ridiculous I have better things to throw away my money on.

The business has responded to me in reference to complaint ID ***.
They have refunded my initial depositI am satisfied with this
resolution for myselfI still suggest that they make it clearer in their advertising that in order to withdraw your money, you must first risk it all in the gambleI would also suggest that they make it clearer in their advertising that in order to receive matching for your initial deposit, you must risk the full value of the money times by entering it into gamesI suspect I may not have been the only one misled by these advertisements, as a simple *** search would make apparentThat being said, I am ok with resolving this complaint, even with no further action by the business, as I believe the NYS attorney general will get some changes to occur in the deceptive practices of this business, as part of his current legal actions initiated against them

We feel that we have done everything we can to give this user a satisfactory result, which includes offering them a refund on their initial $deposit This user rejected this offer multiple times, and there is nothing further we can do on our end.We do our best to inform users of how the deposit bonus system works by posting a message on the first-time deposit screen that reads ‘Your deposit bonus unlocks over timeRead more about how it works.’ Additionally, we provide the details of how the bonus system works in our Support ‘FAQ’ page. However, the way in which our bonus is released is the industry, and the system is in place to reward loyal users who continuously play on the site The more users play, the quicker the funds will be released into their accounts
