Our advertisements promote a deposit bonus match upon sign upAs standard with all daily fantasy
sports gaming sites, any bonus received on deposit starts in a "Pending" bonus statusThe player will accumulate these bonus funds as they enter paid contests
However, we explicitly describe how pending bonus works on our deposit page and in the deposit page FAQ in which users can decide then if the promotion is right for themIf not, they can simply choose to not depositWe also flash a deposit success page that offers information regarding pending bonus and its available in our main support FAQ'sThe terms of the pending bonus, how it works, its rate of release, etc., are all described to the user before depositing

Revdex.com: Fanduel has refunded the $that I put into their website, so I do credit them for doing thatI would hope that they will stop using the deceptive terminology in their radio ads or they will likely continue to get these types of complaints.

To whom it may concern; We write in response to *** ***’s recent consumer complaint regarding billing/collection issues. According section of our Terms of Use (linked below), users are not permitted to create or maintain more than one accountOur records indicate that ***
*** has created and used at least three separate accounts since first joining FanDuel in September of 2015. ***On September **, 2017, *** *** had a total of eight contest entriesOf those eight entries, *** *** won a total of $30, which was added to his FanDuel account upon settlement at 12:AM ET on September **, This brought *** ***’s account balance up to $36. On September **, 2017, at 1:PM ET, we refunded the initial $deposit made by *** *** back to the original payment sourceWe then reached out to *** *** regarding the withdrawal of his remaining $After receiving his PayPal account information, we processed a withdrawal for the remainder of his balanceThis is reflected in his Transaction History, which I have attached a screenshot of here. After processing the PayPal withdrawal, the balance of his secondary account is currently $*** ***’s primary account, which is linked to the email address [email protected] is open and available for immediate use. This customer has been suspended from FanDuel by our accounts team after fraudulent activity was detected through this his accountFunds were deposited into the users FanDuel account in which chargebacks were later submitted by the customer to fraudulently receive lost funds through his
bank/credit card providerThis is a clear violation of our terms of use and this customer, along with other associated customers, have been permanently banned from FanDuel
