 I told fanduel I would accept the terms and conditions and play under them and I only would contact a lawyer because they are hindering me like making a living, since this is how I make a living. We once again attempted to contact this user to try to help them resolve the issues they are experiencing completing the new verification process we have implemented.  However, this user is still not replying to our communications, and as a result, we will be unable to assist them at this time. We certainly hate to see any user experience any sort of issues while trying to participate on FanDuel, and if this user contacts us directly, we will gladly assist them in resolving this issue so they may resume participating on FanDuel.

We have recently implemented a new verification process, which asks all FanDuel users to verify their identity by providing various forms of identification.  This process is in place to ensure our users are able to participate in a safe and fair environment.However, this...

user was unwillingly to complete this process, and we have thus gone ahead and allowed them to withdraw their remaining balance as well as closed their account as requested.

his second account as a courtesy.  Creating and operating multiple accounts at FanDuel is a violation of FanDuel's Terms and Conditions, and [redacted] will need to reactivate his primary account if he wishes to enter FanDuel contests in the future. The initial deposit of $25 made by this user on 9/**/15 has been fully refunded as requested here and the FanDuel account has been permanently deactivated.Our advertisements promote a deposit bonus match upon sign up. As standard with all daily fantasy sports gaming sites, any bonus received...

on deposit starts in a "Pending" bonus status.  The player will accumulate these bonus funds as they enter paid contests.  However, we explicitly describe how pending bonus works on our deposit page and in the deposit page FAQ in which users can decide then if the promotion is right for them. If not, they can simply choose to not deposit.  We also flash a deposit success page that offers information regarding pending bonus and its available in our main support FAQ's.  The terms of the pending bonus, how it works, its rate of release, etc., are all described to the user before depositing.

As we have explained to this user through our support desk, we were able to further look into this withdrawal and verified that it was completed to the [redacted] account they entered for withdrawal on November [redacted]. Now that funds have completed to [redacted] and are successfully in that...

account, we no longer have control of those funds. If this user is still having trouble finding these funds on the account, we would recommend reaching out to [redacted] support for more information: [redacted].

This complaint was not submitted by a registered user on FanDuel, and we will thus be unable to assist them with their request.

 The complaint hasn't been resolved yet because I have yet to receive all of my refund I so far have received $25 dollars via [redacted]. They told me they will refund the rest sent to me by mail address, but they could be lying. If they really wanted to resolve the situation why not refund all my money via [redacted]? I also am not sure if I will be refunded my full $250 I was just told $225. Nowhere in the contract do I see you must take a picture of your credit card and a unexpired ID to get your account reinstated after being suspended. They treat their loyal customers for years like crap!

The full details regarding the necessity of taxes are detailed on our website in our Terms of Service and FAQs.Ultimately, the filing of earnings are the responsibility of the user, and we are under no obligation to pay tax fees for individuals.That being said, we will not be providing the user with any type of credit.

Between August *, 2015 and December [redacted] 2015, [redacted] entered contests totaling $139, thereby exhausting his original $50 deposit and continuing to play with winnings, which were a total sum of $225.40. is attempting to withdraw, $86.40, is not part of his original $50 deposit and is all winnings. FanDuel's Terms of Use clearly indicate that "[f]or all withdrawals, we require a valid mailing address, birthday and social security number . . . and we may request additional information before permitting a withdrawal." [redacted] verified his information this morning at 8:06 AM and we will create and issue a check for him to his verified address, which he will receive in 10 business days. To whom it may concern, After multiple communications to [redacted] detailing FanDuel's policies and two Revdex.com complaints, it appears [redacted] remains in disagreement with the way FanDuel and its Customer Support team operates. As stated in previous conversations, [redacted] remains able to: 1) [redacted] can verify his account by providing his Social Security number.  Once [redacted] provides his SSN, he can continue to be an active FanDuel customer and withdraw his funds at any time.  2) [redacted] can refuse to provide his SSN and FanDuel can send [redacted] a check for the remaining funds in his account.  If [redacted] refuses to provide his SSN and wishes to withdraw his remaining funds, FanDuel will disable [redacted]'s account until he complies with FanDuel's terms and provides his SSN. We can confirm that this user had their prizes packaged and shipped on 1/**/16 and the user has been supplied with a tracking number for these packages.
Thus, we consider this matter to be resolved.

This customer registered for FanDuel on September [redacted], and made a $100 deposit while using a special promo code. The customer received a 100% matching pending deposit bonus, as advertised on our deposit screen. After registration, this customer used the deposited funds along with funds that...

were released from his bonus account to play in paid games. Some of these games resulted in winnings, which have since been withdrawn. Thus, this customer is ineligible for our money-back guarantee program. The money-back guarantee program is only available to customers who lose their first contest on FanDuel as described on our website. Additionally, the customer contacted our support department with his complaint on November [redacted] in which we offered the complete details on how our pending bonus program works. This includes the fact that we explicitly describe how pending bonus works on our deposit page and in the deposit page FAQ in which users can decide then if the promotion is right for them before depositing.  Also, it was explained that we are unable to manually release any bonus funds into any users account.  At the conclusion of this support request, we generously offered to credit his account with loyalty points.  However, the customer unfortunately chose to ignore this offer.
