they sent me the address to send the equipment to and I have very carefully packaged it to return to them.the instructions they gave to contact them thru meter didn't workI attempted to do this over days and the line was busy and did not answer.They continue to Bill methe other issues I address in my complaint were not addressed [redacted] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] Will not be paying this bill The amount on the bill is incorrect The amount is still the wrong amount The first bill that was sent to our office states that the billing date is form Jan 19, to April 18,for the amount of We only had the service as of Jan 7,so the bill for will be the wrong amount After the 30th of March which is the sure dateA late charge and a finance charge will be on the billAccording to the Customer rep that I spoke with on the of JanI was to send a email stating that I would like to cancel the service with the date I was to also state that I would like to return the old meter and fill out a form to receive the postage that was un used of the meter This is extortion from this company and here at [redacted] we will not stand for it I have spoke to several customer service reps on this issue and cannot get it resolved This was the order that was told to me for the cancellation for the service Send a letter or email to request cancellation for serviceThen I would receive the Label to return the meter and be refunded for un used postageI would also then get a bill for the correct amount for the time of the service I did all of the things on my end that I knew of that I could doPlease adjust the bill correctly for the time used and send me the label for the meter to be returnedThank you and have a great day Sincerely, [redacted]

Hi, I received an email and followed the link to the website to see that regarding my complaint “This matter is now closed in Revdex.com files, and will appear in the company's Revdex.com Business Review as: "Answered - the business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer remains dissatisfied." The issues the customer has had stem from contact with their local Neopost DealerWe have reached out to the local officeTheir dealership is disputing the customers claims, indicating the customer stated they no longer needed the equipmentAs it stands, the Lease is a non-cancellable agreementIf the customer chooses to terminate early, any remaining time on the lease plus penalty may be owed

Thank you for contacting Neopost USA We strive to resolve all of our customer requests in a timely manner.In researching the history of the account, and listening to the recordings of contacts between the customer and Neopost USA, in the last several conversations between the customer and Customer Service, we found no request was submitted to be set up on automatic draft for their line of credit Based on the conversations, the customer alluded to internal mail distribution issues which prevented them from receiving statements As a means to empower the customer, they were provided instruction on how to access their statements online so payment could be remitted Those conversations in both September of and January of were the only conversations had about billing concerns into the Customer Service department On both occasions, all late fees and finance charges were waived as a courtesy If there is additional documentation supporting previous attempts, please provide those for account reconciliation.The customer then contacted Neopost USA in May of to cancel service citing automatic billing as the reason for cnacellation We were able to process the cancellation and send return instructions to the customer at [redacted] however all unpaid statements will still be owed
