Although the customer indicates they have since changed ownership, to
date Neopost USA has not received an official request with corresponding documentation to initiate a change of ownership, nor has Neopost USA been provided order information related to a new lease agreementAttempts at engaging the customer to provide this information have been unsuccessful, and the matter has now been handed to a third party vendor for assistanceThe customer has been provided contact information for that vendor, and may reach *** at ###-###-####
If the customer wishes to pursue further investigation regarding a change of ownership, they may provide information surrounding the new lease agreement or change of ownership paperwork so a transfer of liability can be looked into

Thank you for your response. There has never been a payment on file for the initial postage download of $100. That amount is still owed. Only the additional fees were credited, but the customer was advised that amount should be paid immediately following clearing the lockout. The charges for the machine are separate than the postage itself. The equipment charges are for the asset. The postage was funded to the USPS and therefore is still owed

I am rejecting this response because: I have explained MULTIPLE times that the new owner is located in *** ***, ** doing business as *** Management. I have provided their contact email address. I do not have access to their contract number, as all of that took place AFTER THE SALE TOOK PLACE, as I have explained over and over and over. Has NeoPost taken even taken one single step to work with me? NO This is their example of customer service. The customer has to do ALL the work, expecting me to jump through hoops, and they just sit back. NeoPost has a new contract with the same exact address as my previous business address. Neopost has the contact email address of the new ownership on that contract. Neopost has the contact name. NeoPost has the contact phone number....which was the same phone number. When *** Management purchased my business, then also took over my office space, my address, by phone numbers, my service agreements, my employees. Does NeoPost really want to step up and take care of this matter in a professional manner, or continue with this cat and mouse game? I am now retired and have all the time in the world

I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] Will not be paying this bill . The amount on the bill is incorrect . The amount 137.17 is still the wrong amount.  The first bill that was sent to our office states that the billing date is form Jan 19, 2016 to April  18,2016 for the amount of 261.29.  We only had the service as of Jan 7,2016. so the bill for 137.17 will be the wrong amount.  After the 30th of March  which is the sure date. A late charge and a finance charge will be on the bill. According to the Customer rep that I spoke with on the 14 of Jan. I was to send a email stating that I would like to cancel the service with the date . I was to also state that I would like to return the old meter and fill out a form to receive the postage that was un used of the meter.  This is extortion from this company and here at [redacted] we will not stand for it.  I have  spoke to several customer service reps on this issue and cannot get it resolved.  This was the order that was told to me for the cancellation for the service.  Send a letter or email to request cancellation for service. Then I would receive the Label to return the meter and be refunded for un used postage. I would also then get a bill for the correct amount for the time of the service.  I did all of the things on my end that I knew of that I could do. Please adjust the bill correctly for the time used and send me the label for the meter to be returned. Thank you and have a great day

they sent me the address to send the equipment to and I have very carefully packaged it to return to them.the instructions they gave to contact them thru meter didn't work. I attempted to do this over 4 days and the line was busy and did not answer.They continue to Bill methe other issues I address in my complaint were not addressed[redacted]

were missed with the original credits.  In addition, we have waived the most recent $35 late fee and $2.99 finance charge.  This leaves a current balance of $353.33 which includes a recent postage download of $400.  We are deeply apologetic for the time it took to identify and resolve the issue.  We hope that you find this resolution to your satisfaction and thank you for being a Neopost customer.
