Neopost USA requires a 90 day notification for cancellations. As a means to compromise, we negotiated a lower 45 day notice for cancellation, requesting the customer pay only half of the outstanding invoice due per the attached email. To date, we have not received payment for the settlement amount. Once the payment is received, we will move forward with processing the cancellation.

technical issues that prevented the equipment from checking into our warehouse, thus generating a prorated credit. With that in mind, we pursued issuing a manual credit and are sending a refund in the amount of $224.50 per check number [redacted]. This should arrive in the next 7-10 days.

The issues the customer has had stem from contact with their local Neopost Dealer. We have reached out to the local office. Their dealership is disputing the customers claims, indicating the customer stated they no longer needed the equipment. As it stands, the Lease is a non-cancellable...

agreement. If the customer chooses to terminate early, any remaining time on the lease plus penalty may be owed.

After being told the exact same thing for the last 3 days and finding the differential weigh option still wasn't there, I checked again today and as promised by this response we finally have differential weighing. While I'm happy this is finally resolved once and for all, I'm extremely disappointed at how unprofessional everyone I've dealt with at Neopost are.

I am rejecting this response because: Once again we will be glad to pay the invoice once the bill is adjusted for the time of the service with your  company. Once the cancellation was sent to your companyyour company was to send the label for the meter to be returned to your company and then a new bill would have been generated. we will not be paying for a service that we no longer have and that was not handle in the proper procedure to have the meter returned.  I don't know of any company the will bill you for a whole Quarter and want payment for it , when the service was not used for that whole time.   Also they are holding the labels so that we can not send the meter back which will show the date it was last used.  In the event of this problem that we are having with you, you send another bill from April 19, 2016 to July 18,2016for the amount of 287.42.  Once again why are you billing for a service that we don't have with you.  I would like to receive a label from you and then send your meter and have our bill adjusted for the days that we had service with you and this current bill be removed.  WE DO NOT HAV SERVICE WITH YOU ANY MORE.  Not to mention that if this is your rules for termination why wasn't I told the proper steps so that this wouldn't be happening.  Would you pay a whole quarter for a bill when you only use the service for 7 days . also if your saying it was the week later still that isn't the correct amount and it needs to be adjusted. right is right and wrong is wrong .

This total amount of $147.88 can be refunded by using a two step process. Attached you will find two separate forms to be signed and returned. Once returned, we can transfer the credit balance from the line of credit to the [redacted] account, and refund the entirety collectively. This process may take several weeks to finalize, but can be completed.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately without a new contract/lease number provided, we are unable to pursue a cancellation of the old account as a means to justify the change of ownership. If a new contract is in effect under the new ownership, please provide that information so we can reference it as part of the cancellation of the old account.
