Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:When our account manager [redacted] called to push a new machine on us, and I expressed to her that I wanted to cancel the service she said I was already involved in a new contract, that I only had days to cancelWhen I told her I no longer wanted the service she said, that was fine to send a written cancellation letter, but that I would still be charged for the next year When asked to speak the supervisor [redacted] She told us the same thing and she said that I will not have a machine because I cancelled but still have to pay for the equipment It should be on record that I spoke to different people about canceling The contract ends on the 19th of December, and not one single email, call, or mail was received from the company saying that my deadline to cancel was coming upI want to cancel the service without paying for the “cancellation” penalty that this company is charging me There was also a customer service representative that called once a month and I kept repeating to her, I am not sure we want to upgrade, or that we are going to stay after the contract is up, and not once did she mention the daysSo that should be people that should have written it down in your files that we were interested in dropping this service once our contract was expired Thank you, [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: While the business statement advising postage labels and a clearing of the balance are all ideal and acceptable, unfortunately they have not followed through on any of these items.The email I was told would arrive has not. In lieu of receiving a zero balance invoice I was mailed an invoice indicating additional funds were owed. I called and left a voice message for the employee per the Revdex.com response on to advise of the above matters. I requested a call back. I have receive no response. I am confused as to why a business would agree to resolve an issue and then not do what they agreed to.

I am rejecting this response because: I was informed months ago that they didn't care if we sold the business or not, that we were still responsible for the buyout of the contract, even though the new owner continues to conduct business with them. Not once was I EVER informed that they would accept or require ANY type of documentation. They have since turned the contract over to a third party who is trying to get the buy out funds from both us AND the new ownership!!!!! The third party company, also an equally impressive group, needed to send new ownership an email, sent it to me instead. When I informed them of their error, I was instructed to forward it for them (do their job???) or provide the correct email address (again!!!). Who does business like this????? In addition they are threatening to ruin credit ratings with all the major credit companies, although the new ownership is still doing business with them. Additionally, I received a letter from NeoPost about days ago that stated "Effective Oct 31, 2015, you will no longer receive a separate mailed invoice for non-refundable annual ACH maintenance fees for contract #xxxxxxx" This isn't even the contract I had. This is the contract for new ownership, I believe, but it has my company name on it!!! NeoPost and their third party don't seem to know what they are doing and have extremely questionable business practices!!!!! If they would like to let me know EXACTLY what document they would require to completely release my company from this mess, I would be more than happy to work with them.

cause a payment to be delayed in processing. To avoid these delays, please ensure checks have a corresponding digit account number listed on the front and include a copy of the remittance slip. Failure to include these items could slow down the payments from being processed, as our lockbox then must research the appropriate account to apply the payment toward. Based on a conversation with the customer from 1/14/16, it appears they indicated they had already started service with another vendorIt was only until that time that the customer attempted to cancel service with Neopost USAThe cancellation attempt was initiated week after the last use of the equipmentAlthough the equipment may not have been in use, it should still be in the customer's possession currently, therefore they should be responsible for the corresponding chargesWe are unable to process the cancellation until the agreed upon quote as discussed on 2/24/is paid
Please find attached a copy of the revised quote sent as part of the settlement agreement

Our customer notified us on 10/29/of the damage to her vehicle, and alleging that we failed to install oil in her vehicle when we serviced it on 6/11/16. We investigated the customer’s claim, as well as had our insurance carrier perform their own investigation. We determined that the
vehicle had been driven over 6,miles between 6/11/16, and 10/4/16, when she took the vehicle to her local repair shop with a complaint of a noise. We also reviewed video of the service and it is very apparent that oil was added to the engine, the vehicle started and lifted to check for leaks, and the dipstick checked by two separate technicians. When the customer and her mechanic viewed the video on 12/28/16, the mechanic apologized for wasting our time as it was clear on the video that proper procedure had been followed and oil had been put into the engineAn engine without oil will begin making noise immediately, as well as illuminate the low oil pressure light on the dash.
