Fictitious Business Name Renewal Center

We have not received any correspondence from this company. We have not received refund as this company stated they would issue.  We are filing a complaint with the local District Attorney for solicitation fraud. Please reopen this complaint. Thank you

We received Mr.[redacted] payment for service in August we completed the paperwork and sent it to Mr. [redacted] for his signature. He printed his name on the form so we redid the paperwork and sent it to him for his signature he signed the form and returned it to us. We were in the...

process of sending the paperwork to the county to file his Fictitious Business Name Renewal when we received his complaint. At this point we have issued Mr. [redacted] a refund for his full payment. His payment was mailed out today 12/3/16 our check # is [redacted].

We have received your request for a refund and the request was processed on 11/09/2016.  Please allow up to 7 business days for the transaction to reflect back on your account.  Please let us know if you have any issues.  We have also removed your organization from our database.

I'm sending Mr. [redacted] the full amount he is asking for the $150 refund and the $15. He should be receiving a check in the mail in the next few days. My previous response to him was not bogus and as soon as the county sends us the filed copy I will forward it to him.

addressed.  The solicitation being performed is misleading.  The form appears to come from an official agency.  I believe the company needs to take steps to insure that the form is clearly designated as an advertisement from a non-governmental company.  That would likely best be accomplished by having something to that effect on the outside of the mailing envelope.As far as my complaint, it is fine to resolve this issue, but it does nothing to solve the underlying problem.

We did not receive our document back from Mr. [redacted] that is why he received a refund for $130. I’m sending out a check for $20.00 to him today our check # is [redacted] he should receive it in the next few days.

I am rejecting this response because: I called to get confirmation that they would be renewing my fictitious business name and have not yet been able to acquire that confirmation. I called and left a message, which seems to be the only option. When someone returned my call and left a message they told me they needed my county and that I should call the next day due to high call volume the day I called. I called the next morning, and left a message and have still not heard back. I need to know they will renew my fictitious business name now, or I need to do it through the County directly, so that it does not expire. I also need to publish my name in a newspaper in a timely fashion.

Not sure why this business owner is still not satisfied. We responded to the original complaint that refund would be issued.
Refund has been issued as promised. It was mailed on 10/31.
