I order this product for my sister and father to help them maintain their cars. Its great to know that they will be driving around in safe vehicles.

I purchased FIXD several months ago and recently had to use it on my 05 Nissan Frontier XE 2.5 Liter because the "Check Engine" light came on. I plugged the sensor into the vehicles diagnostic port and it showed that my "Camshaft Position Sensor" had failed. I took my truck to my favorite Mechanic shop and he hooked his diagnostic machine up to the truck and it showed the exact same thing. So now I know for a fact the FIXD device work very well! Best money I have ever spent!

These fixd are great ! I bought two for my kids the one got a chance to use it and was trilled . If I was younger and still working my vehicles I'd buy for myself in a heart beat !

It has been 4 weeks since I order the FixD..the money was taken from my account but product has shipped.
I have sent several emails and get no reply.
I can not even find a phone number.. This feels like a scam

I would first like to begin by saying we are so sorry for any inconvenience. I just checked both the e-mail account ***@yahoo.com and Order #GO-XXXXXXXX. According to those, the purchase was made January 12, 2018 at 11:20pm, which is not 4 weeks ago. I also checked out e-mail history, and we have only received one e-mail from him, which came in at 13:04 today. The following is his e-mail:

"Dear SirsI ordered 2 FixD's several weeks ago. My payment was taken and confirmed on January 13th.I checked the status and I see No movement nor had any communications from your office.. Why has it been so long and the product has NOT even shippedPlease explainSincerely yoursLevi ***503 Pearson StreetNew Castle, Pa XXXXXOrder #GO-XXXXXXXX"

According to our account, here are all of the transactions that have occurred:

A $88.00 USD payment was processed on the Visa ending in 8359.
11:20pm PST
$85.59 USD will be added to your Jan 17, 2018 payout.

11:20pm PST

As can be seen, these all happened within the past week, not four weeks ago.

The tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. is the same one they gave me weeks ago, yet when I track it the UPS says that order processed waiting for UPS.
No movement at all.. NOT even a email to state that it was shipped yet..
I do not want to diminish what appears to be a great product, BUT communications and shipping are clearly lacking..
I will sit and wait AGAIN

I ordered FIXD for Christmas and birthday presents. I didn't know you would have to pay for the app to use these. I can't use them and called about a refund and was told my 30 days had expired! They refused to refund them. I would like a refund!!

I just wanted to thank you for reaching out. Just to clarify, you DO NOT need to pay to use the application. Once you have purchased the sensor, there is no other cost associated with the device.

Also, We have two warranty policies.
1) If you are unhappy with the product for any reason, you have 30 days to return it - no questions asked.
2) We offer a one year replacement warranty for the FIXD sensor itself. If there is any defect with the sensor, we will send you another one free of charge.

Both warranty periods begin on the day the order is delivered. Because your 30-days money-back warranty period has expired, because it was delivered Monday, 12/11/2017 at 2:39 P.M, we are only able to provide you with the replacement warranty. Please let me know if there is any defect in the device so we can initiate the replacement warranty for you.

Never received item
This item was ordered Jan 3 2018.I have never received the item nor any correspondence concerning this. The money was taken out of my account that day but there is no info on how to contact them by phone. As of this writing 1-16-18 still have not received it. This is the biggest scam ever evidently. The website has nothing but complaints on it and none of them have received the product. I would like my money refunded back to me.

Funny I never received any correspondence about your reasons until I contacted you and made a complaint to the Revdex.com. Then so miraculously the item was sent that very day. Hmmmm. The Revdex.com had nothing but complaints.

This item was ordered Jan 3 2018.I have never received the item nor any correspondence concerning this. They shipped the same day the complaint was filed, we will look at the product and see if the service department will help with problems of the device like was read about on this site.

The company did refund my money stating they got behind in orders during the Christmas period, it would've been fine if they would have communicated with me to update me about where my order was, but they did not do that.

Once I started this process, we were informed that product shipped. I guess we will keep item and ship them on to the people we bought them for. Two were for our kids who were home for Christmas. We will send them on to Kentucky and Idaho

Ordered the FixD product. They informed me 3 weeks after I ordered that the product would not be shipped to me till November of 2018 after I have ordered the product on December 15, 2017. I was suppose to get this before Christmas. I emailed them back informing them that I want a full refund and I do not want the product. I have not heard from them since. I was finally able to get a telephone number off PayPal and no answer. I had to escalate this to PayPal due to lack of communication and no response after I demanded my money back. Horrible customer service and company. I do not recommend this company to anyone. all I want is my money back and they are taking their time with this and I am starting to get worried if I ever will get my money back.
