I tried to immediately cancel my order for the FIXD car code reader and was emailed back that it had already shipped out! This seemed like a lie. Also, I was offered a discounted price if I would just keep it. I thought this Discount offer was a shady business practice and still wanted to cancel my order so they gave me the link to print a return label. It took at least a week to arrive, slapped the return label on it unopened and sent it back the next day. I had a PayPal dispute opened on this company for the shipping issue and let it automatically close on Dec 25 because FIXD had assured me my refund was pending. Not hearing anything after I knew the product had arrived back to them, I emailed through PayPal asking, "where's my refund?" FIXD replied by email saying they refunded my full purchase price ($88.00) through PayPal on December 23, 2019 and it would be 3-5 business days to show up on my account. It's now Jan 27, 2020, and I still have no refund. Also, PayPal has no record of the refund (Pending or otherwise) and because I allowed my dispute to automatically close, PayPal says I could not reopen this case again either. The FIXD company representatives assure me that it has been refunded and to check with my bank. My bank advised me to report this to their fraud department which I have done. I'm not sure if FIXD or PayPal has my refund, but I feel I must report this somehow! FIXD doesn't seem honest and I wouldn't buy from them again. I can't review their product, just their business practices.

Company is running a scam. A cheaply made, plastic construction, can not see the screen in any car, just doesn't work. False advertising..... They Refuse to accept my return for 30 day refund ( 30 day refund is prominently showing on website) However, NO WHERE did website say Holiday Sale and nothing on receipt said NO RETURN or HOLIDAY SALE AND FINAL. Again, I am within 30 days return and they refuse to credit me despite the fact that they gave me an RMA to return the item. They are happy to have in large print "30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" but they hide the fact they have sales and items cannot be returned. Now, they have my money and the defective item to resell to some other unfortunate person.

What a disappointment! So this thing says I need a knock sensor and idle air control valve so I buy the parts then take it to a mechanic. The mechanic gets pissed and asked who told you that. He said take it back because the parts are fine and it needs a water pump and timing belt. It gave it a false reading.

This company boast about their military grade products. But in reality, it is all made of cheapest plastic. Their products are sold online for maximum profit margin and with hidden return policy. They are scammers!!! do not buy anything from their website or their partner websites links. All of their products needs subscriptions and its worthless. You can have better products and service for half the price with leading auto parts. I wish I could give these scammers negative five star rating.

Unfortunately, the product was purchased under a clearance sale, which indicates that all sales are final. This is clearly stated in the FAQ section under the buy button. This can be found at getvizr.io. As for the application, we do not own or control any aspect of the app. If you have any questions or complaints about that app, please contact Hudway Go, the developers of the app. Additionally, we offer several suggestions of apps to be used with the product if the one being used is not satisfactory.

That response is false and a contradiction of the information company provided in my direct response to them. I have all of their previous responses. Our paperwork does not say anything about a clearance sale and it was not purchased as a clearance product. This is another example of why the internet is filled with complaints about this company and this scam they are selling. If they are so certain of the product's validity then a refund will allow them to sell the units again! Totally dishonest response.

This is a direct copy from our website in the FAQ section: "No refunds will be made on items purchased during the following Clearance Sales: Spring Clearance Sale, 4th of July Clearance Sale, Back to School Clearance Sale, and Holiday Clearance Sale.
All sales are final."

Directly above the product in question reads: "Take advantage of our Holiday Clearance Sale.Makes the perfect gift for ANY driver!"

Not arguing about their clearance policy as we didn't buy the product during those time periods. We will gladly return the product for a refund as earlier stated. If this can't be honestly resolved, then I will escalate to The GA Attorney General. Deceptive business practices cannot be tolerated.

Our clearance sale started on November 22nd. Any orders of the mentioned product placed on that date or after are included in our Holiday Clearance Sale. Order prior to that date are included in our 30-day return policy, which starts when the product was ordered. Under both policies, we are unable to issue a refund at this time.

I purchased their VIZR product which is suppose to allow the driver to view the road and follow a route viewing the road through their product. First off the magnetic ball mount they provide is not strong enough to support the weight of the cell phone so even on the slightest lane change the whole unit tilts right or left. The unit is horrible in the sunlight and the response from Adam Black to me was to use a piece of plastic to block the sun. The app they recommend to use is HUDWAY which after multiple emails from that company still leaves no option to view the road as pictured( bottom to top) Instead you can only view the road left to right or right to left which has your direction of travel going sideways instead of head in a true north direction. WORST purchase I have ever made and the company rep ( Adam Black) said this was a clearance item..it never said clearance and I am within my 30 days. NO REFUND FROM FIXD

Never received refund after the cancellation
Hello,
I cancelled my warranty few months back and I have never received my refund yet as I paid for the whole year. I don't have any claims in my account and everytime I reach out for the status, I have been told that account manager is looking into it.

Desired Outcome

I want my refund for the remaining months in the year.

We have responded to the customer's complaint each time, and we have requested additional information to see if the customer is within our 30 day return policy, or our 1 year warranty. The customer has refused to give us the necessary information each time. After looking through previous emails, we have gathered that the customer ordered it back in 2017, which is most likely the reason why the customer refused to provide the order information since both the warranty and refund policy has expired. Ordered items from FIXD still not received til now. Compalined more than 3 times already but still the same issue.
Ordered FIXD items last March 26,2019 with order numbers #FIXDXXXXXX and #FIXDXXXXXX. Did not received the item until now despite complaining 3 times already. it seems the same autogenerated answers were sent to me all the time. I missed the day where im suppose to give the items as a gift. Until now I did not receive any clear answers to how, where, or what I should do next to find clarity on these issues. I had sent a refund request already but also no reply from this. Hope I can get some assistance to my issue.

Desired Outcome

Still having the desire to receive the items as i want it for myself and as a gift. but if there is no assurance to send the items to my location, please just give back the refund.
