I have not received my items. I ordered 2 FixD on December 13th. They took my money immediately; but, I have yet to receive my purchase. I couldn't find a phone number for them on their website. But, I saw the number listed here. I tried calling several times and kept getting a message to email them. So, I did. I told them to cancel my order.

Ordered the FixD product. They informed me 3 weeks after I ordered that the product would not be shipped to me till November of 2018 after I have ordered the product on December 15, 2017. I was suppose to get this before Christmas. I emailed them back informing them that I want a full refund and I do not want the product. I have not heard from them since. I was finally able to get a telephone number off PayPal and no answer. I had to escalate this to PayPal due to lack of communication and no response after I demanded my money back. Horrible customer service and company. I do not recommend this company to anyone. all I want is my money back and they are taking their time with this and I am starting to get worried if I ever will get my money back.

Emails ignored, no viable phone number
I need to return my order. I've looked extensively & there is no customer support phone number & several addresses. The package did not have any info in it, nor a return label. Both issues are quite aggravating. I've emailed several times, & my emails have been ignored. My credit card company has been notified.

Tracking CLEARLY shows the return package was delivered to fixd. USPS tracking number ***. I've emailed several times in the past week & have had NO RESPONSE. No acknowledgement of return, no refund. POOR customer service is driving people away in droves.

I ordered the product for $88 on 12/18/17 and I haven't rec'd anything. They have no phone # on their website.
I ordered 2 units for $88 total on 12/18/17. They immediately charged my credit card. Upon payment, I received an automated email that said it was on backorder and would take another 15 days. 15 days has come and gone and I still have no product and they will not communicate as to the status of my order. I wrote to them last week and got no response. I emailed them today to cancel the order and to request a credit ASAP.

I want a full refund of $88 ASAP on my credit card.

Failure to deliver as promised.
The item was ordered on Dec 11th and was guaranteed delivery by Dec 21st. I still have not received item. After numerous email attempts to resolve the situation, I was assured it was shipped on Dec 16th. However after doing some checking, a shipping label was PRINTED on the 26th but the package was not turned over to UPS, even as of the 2nd of January. I have made numerous attempts to reach a live person via telephone to rectify this situation but each time am greeted by a voicemail. ADAM BLACK seems to be the one answering emails if they get answered at all. Offering at 10%^ for my patience. My patience has wore out!

I ordered their diagnostic tool on 12/8 and it didnt even SHIP until 12/20. It was guaranteed before Christmas, but that didn't happen. So the date became 12/28. Well it's 12/28 and it's still not here. The only response I received from customer service was 'sorry, we got a lot of orders, but we will extend the return policy to a whopping 30 days.? I was never informed of any shipping issues or problems with the order. They certainly took my money fast enough, but did not provide the product.

Don't order from the FIXD website - order from Walmart or Amazon where you can actually get your product delivered as promised. Ordered 3 from website special on Dec 8, 2017, promised delivery Dec 14. On Dec 14 received email from "CEO John G" stating they oversold and delivery would be Dec 24. On Dec 20 received email that order had shipped. On Dec 27, I emailed asking where my product was, as tracking they had provided on 20th showed no movement. 2 1/2 hrs after my email, tracking showed it left their warehouse in Morrow, GA. Today, Dec 29, tracking shows UPS service they use sent it from Morrow to Atlanta to Tallahassee, FL to Orlando, FL and it is now on way to the POST OFFICE TO BE MAILED FROM ORLANDO!! If they had just MAILED it from Morrow, GA, I would have had it in Ray City, GA by now!! I ordered 1 from Walmart on Dec 8 and received as promised on Dec 14.

I received refund. Thank you.

I had recieved my FIX'D over a month ago and had trouble setting up the sensor. I am a grandma and do not keep up with technology, so I had a hard time with how to get the app on to my phone. I had to call their support number for help, and they were wonderful! I spoke with Colleen on the phone and she was very nice and helped me to set up the App on my phone. I do not do apps often so I needed the help! It was so nice to speak to that girl and she was patient with me and staid on the phone with me until I had it all set up. Great job! Thanks for helping out an old lady.
