My son's car started running really rough, no coin to take it to a mechanic... so we plugged in the device, and bingo-bango, it told us the #2 spark plug was not firing..... replaced it and the car is running beautifully now..

Had the same thing happen on my way home from work, my car started chugging really badly, pulled over in the nearest parking lot, plugged in the device, it told me what was wrong, called the wife to bring me tools... and fixed it on the spot... must have saved me $400-$500 in towing and mechanic charges.... !!!

Returned product on September 4th through post office thenwent through to UPS on the 5th of September. Called 3 times to***.they keep saying they are processing it. So far no refund on my capital one credit card'?I even paid to return it.

Desired Outcome

Refund refund my credit card. or at least get me some kind of credit for the full amount.

We have tried to issue a refund, but the customer has filed a chargeback. This means the bank has a hold on the payment, and we are not allowed to issue a refund, or withdraw it in anyway. Our return policy says that the customer must request a prepaid return label from us, or email *** with the tracking number in order to ensure a successful return and refund. We have no record of the return being processed, and we cannot verify that it was delivered since our return policy was not followed. Despite this, we have still issued a refund in good faith, but again it cannot go through until the chargeback is cancelled.

They are initially correct. My charge card credited me. But after they talk to this company they disputed it and put it back on me. So now it needs to come off my card once again. I have made 3 phones call to this company and was told it would be taken care of.

this is not true. I called my charge card and they said it is not true. they can issue a refund back.It is not a bank either???If they continue to not tell the truth what do I do? At least give me a credit towards some other goods they sell.

An attempt was made on September 7th to refund the customer. This refund failed because of a chargeback. The exact wording on our automatic system is: " $94.98 USD will be deducted from your next payout because of a chargeback." Directly from our system again, "chargeback reason: product not received". This was filed on Aug 12th. The customer has stated that the product was in fact received. With that in mind, we respectfully request that the chargeback be formally closed so we continue with the refund process to resolve this issue. We are unfortunately unable to do anything more from our end at this time.

Looking at the customers account, we can see that he has scanned his vehicles multiple times. For one vehicle, he was able to use our product to diagnose his issue then turn the check engine light off. This is the main function of our product. We do not have any record of him reaching out to our support team with any issues. Without a request for a refund or replacement, we cannot assist the customer. If he would like to resolve any issues that he may have, even though it appears that the product is working as it should, we would be happy to do so at ***.

Using eBay messaging the seller stated on Aug. 26 "I will send it offline"I have tried to communicate with the seller what is meant by I will send it offline but they never answered any of my eBay emails.

I bought an item online from this business online called FIXD that is defective and this seller refuses to offer a replacement or refund.

There are many ebay sellers, and we do not have any affiliation with them. Therefore we cannot see messages sent to them, or any other order information. This is an issue that should be brought up with the particular ebay seller. We state in our return policy that we do not handle returns, replacements or refunds of third party sellers.

Love the fact that I got the same codes that the state emmission people got, and a local mechanic with their high dollar machines.
Plus the fact that you have information linked to the program of how to fix and troubleshoot the problem.

this device since I bought has been used to diagnose any problem with my car it always says that there is no problem thus I presumed that this device is working until last month when my car had an oil leak and overheating problem I ran the test and it says no problems but in fact my car had a problem with Boss connector got broken thus caused the leaks and my sparks plugs were out that caused my engine overheating thus this device had never been working they had been intentionally misleading about their product able to diagnose car problem which are not.

We are very sorry for any confusion, and any frustration that this has caused. The FIXD sensor can only read the check engine light, which we have stated on our website, and in multiple help articles. This is a limitation of the product, but we have made this clear and we have been transparent about this. We have had direct communication with the customer previously, stating this limitation. We also have published materials to educate our customers and potential customers on what the check engine light is as there are a lot of misconceptions about it. Unfortunately the customer is outside of our refund policy since the order was placed in July of 2017. We have also communicated this to the customer directly.

Some of the best money I have spent in a long time love the fixd module have had it in my car now for 6 months so far no problems it did report a vacuum problem but that was due to the gas cap not being tightened one small problem and I don't believe it's the fixed module my Ford Explorer the engine light comes on and the ABS brakes come on but it only flickers and then goes out the fix tells me that the lights have been on but it's not reporting any problems I assume that's due to the fact that the lights actually come on and then go off again within seconds other that it is
working just great I really love it and I have been sharing it to with my wife's car as well you have a great product here and I can only see good things for you in the future thank you very much Richard
