I had recieved my FIX'D over a month ago and had trouble setting up the sensor. I am a grandma and do not keep up with technology, so I had a hard time with how to get the app on to my phone. I had to call their support number for help, and they were wonderful! I spoke with Colleen on the phone and she was very nice and helped me to set up the App on my phone. I do not do apps often so I needed the help! It was so nice to speak to that girl and she was patient with me and staid on the phone with me until I had it all set up. Great job! Thanks for helping out an old lady.

After Emailing Request for Assistance Have Received 199 auto-reply emails from Company.
I emailed the companies support address on August 25th indicating that I had a problem syncing one of their devices to my car. Between August 25th at 7:32 PM and August 27th at 4:45 AM I have received 199 auto-response emails from the company. Their system keeps regenerating requests for assistance on my one request and then I get auto-responses from various people at the company. The company does not answer their telephone but gives a message to email their website support (which is what started this whole nightmare). They do not have an option to leave a telephone voice message. If am so frustrated that I am now saving all of the auto-responses and considering if there are any legal options to this companies filling my email box with their stupid auto-responses. Can Revdex.com possibly resolve this issue since the company cannot be contacted by me to resolve?

Desired Outcome

I would like for this company to fix whatever is causing their IT System to keep generating these auto-response emails.

I ordered the diagnostic code reader from them and found out shortly after that it would not work with my Diesel engine. I emailed them and got a quick reply from Gabriella that the order had been cancelled. Later I received an email saying the item had been shipped!! I again emailed them asking why it was shipped, and got an email from *** saying to use it and he quoted their 30 day money back guarantee. No further emails where answered by them, and my wife picked it up from the post office instead of refusing it!! Now I will be out shipping charges and the duty she paid if I can return it, but I can't stop the credit card payment because I received it. Fixd will not reply to my emails to tell me how to get my money back. Their Facebook page has many comments describing the same situation I am having with them, and they do not respond on Facebook either!!!

I purchase this Gadget call FIXD, This is a scam, they stated that when you plug this gadget into the your car, that it runs a auto diagnostic telling was wrong with your car from the engine check light to a faulty gas cap. Then they state that you should always take your car to professional. When I call the support number no one answers either phone numbers. I have email them for a ( R/A ) return authorization no response. I waited two and half weeks to be Scam.

I ordered their product mid may 2017 16th or close after waiting a month an a half for it to be shipped I received weekly emails from their CEO saying they were on back order and having supply issues from the manufacturer and they would happily refund if I didn't want to wait I'm patient so I waited. Now after a month and a half of waiting I finally get an email with a tracking number. This was supposedly delivered to me according to the tracking number. However it doesn't show my apt number so there is nothing I can see that shows where exactly this was delivered. I have exhausted all efforts on my end. I HAVE NOT received any product I have ordered from this company. I have checked with my apartment office three times on separate days within the week it was allegedly delivered and they have checked each time with no package being delivered to them. USPS does not deliver packages to doorsteps in my apartment but for good measure I have checked around my door and hallway which is by the way not accessible by non residents it's RFID card scanner controlled entry and USPS only has a pin code for the automotive gates for the mailboxes. Again my apartment is a separate gate from those. I have gone to the post office I have even spoken with my mail deliver driver no one can tell me where this had been supposedly delivered I.E. leasing office mailbox doorstep. In between speaking with the post office and then my delivery driver I emailed the company in question "FIXD" advising them of this is what I know that it shows delivered but was not received and to inquire about if this was insured so that I could possibly start a claim to have this replaced. The response I got was our records show it was delivered....I told them this in the email and this was not helpful or customer service. Refund Seeing as how 1 I have not to this day received products that I purchased. 2 I have not had adequate customer service to assist in the resolution of the problem of my delivery not being received. 3 This according to the Revdex.com website and the companies own Facebook page is an emmense ongoing problemissue and seems to border on fraudscam I want a refund. After dispute had been closed with my credit card, merchant has recharged my card due to providing them with tracking information which shows delivery. In original dispute I attested that the tracking shows delivery, however I HAVE NOT received their product! I have checked mailbox, doorfront, and leasing office and no one has received this item in question. Item is lost/stolen. Merchant has had zero effectiveness in solving items lost or stolen in transit! As I have paid for merchandise I have not received I wish a refund!

False. PayPal ichargeback complaint was filed first but they ruled in less than 8 hours on the merchant side due to their ability to provide proof of tracking. In every complaint I have filed I have never once rebutted the fact that tracking shows delivered, althoug tracking shows delivered I have not indeed received this product! Since PayPal ruled in less than a few hours on the merchant side and closed their case I filed with my credit card carrier, they actually did dispute this charge and issued a chargeback with a credit to my account. They mailed a letter and issued a refund dated 7/25 as merchant failed to respond.

This however has been reversed as of 8/16 as they issued another letter stating they do not have the authority to continue to pursue the credit from the merchant as they have finally responded and provided proof of tracking showing delivery. since proof of delivery indicates services were provided to cardmember, the goods and services were received in their entirety by cardmember so cardmember or authorized representative the obligation to cardmember has been met. They have recharged my credit card as a result and recommend if I still seek a refund to dispute with merchant directly. trackkng may show delivery but I have not received these products nor has my leasing office. As far as the above response that is a lie PayPal cannot say how long credit card issuer will take as they are not the credit issuer, and they have already ruled as merchant has fought this chargeback. Another lie is about merchant attempting to resolve issue but unable to, the only thing merchant has done is fought to keep the money consumers have paid for items they first waited 2 month to receive but still 4 months later have not. Due time is an unacceptable response, again I am going on 5 months without product/refund/replacement. As far as disputing directly with merchant they are unresponsive to consumers which is why I filed chargeback with PayPal first, my credit issuer second and now a complaint with the Revdex.com. As a result policies of both PayPal and American Express are of proof of delivery are shown they rule with merchant and those cases have been closed with no resolution.

The last communications I had with merchant were 6/29 asking since delivery showed 6/24 and no one has seen package including leasing office and myself was package insured? "***" replied 7/4 that package was delivered. That's it, didn't respond to initial question just said it was delivered. I responded 7/4 (same day) advising that although it shows delivered I have in fact not received and would like my initial question answered as well as since I paid nearly &100.00 for product I would like either a refund or the product I ordered. To date I have yet to receive a response from merchant. Which lead me to file complaints with PayPal, credit issuer and the Revdex.com. Credit issuer did initially side with me and Merchant sent email 8/3 showing order cancelled but has since provided tracking to credit issuer and they have reversed their decision as of 8/16.

I want a refund for products ordered but have not received! Initially I would have settled for receiving products or replacements but since merchant has now been such a pain to communicate with I would rather not receive products as if any other issues arose I would then be stuck waiting for them to respond or for their obvious lack of concern for matters. I feel this response is nothing more than stall tactic as all financial institutions have closed their cases and merchant has recharged me for products I have not received.

Received additional email on 5/12 stating still working on production. Received next email on 5/20 stating another 3-4 days. Received next email on 5/26 stating it would ship in the next 5 days. Last email received was 6/19 (long 5 days) stating my order was on its way with a tracking number provided. Continuous tracking of the order shows it was never sent. I contacted the support email address provided on 7/4 with explanation that it had never received. I received an auto reply email on 75 stating they received the email and would check into my request. Product has still not shipped.

Ordered this unit and paid through Pay Pal and to date have received nothing by emails explaining why unit was not shipped. I want refund

Ordered the product and paid through PayPal and item has never been shipped, I do not want this product and have requested my money back without response. If this is the service before delivery what will it be like if I had received the product and needed a question answered. I believe this company is a scam and I want my money back.

This company has lied to me on multiple occasions. When I first ordered the obd2 scanner I received an email from the CEO that it was on back order 3-4 weeks. I really didnt care how long it took. After several weeks I received another email from the CEO that stated my product was done waiting for shipping. Over a week goes by and I have received no email about tracking like promised. I email him and he tells me the same thing when I first ordered it. Its on back order and it will take several weeks before they have anymore. I was furious and fired off a nasty email. He responded that I could get 20 back or a refund. I opted for a refund. He emailed me stating my order was canceled and I would recieve my refund the next day. 3 days go by and instead of getting my refund he told me I was getting I got a shipping label. I emailed him saying I wanted a refund and you rold me I was getting one. His response was that the product has already shipped and I will have to wait for them to send

I NEVER ordered their product They e-mailed me TWO TIMES saying"my"product was on its way. I REPLIED THAT I NEVER ORDERED ANYTING
YET,package came.
I have NO information: NO receipts, NO payment info, NO NOTHING.
I received 2 e-mails saying "my" order was on its way. I replied TO EACH E-MAIL that I DID NOT order ANYTHING from them. They didn't reply.
Nevertheless, yesterday, a package was delivered to my name at my address.
I looked them up on the web. Couldn't find a real web site. I phoned them today at the number you had listed on your Revdex.com website.
A message answered with a totally different phone number saying that the number was all filled up and that you couldn't leave any message.
I opened up the package carefully and inside found 2 little boxes with FIXD on each.
I did not open the packages.
NOTHING ELSE WAS IN THE PACKAGE. NO RECEIPTS.
NOTHING.
I HAVE NEVER HEARD of this company.
I CERTAINLY NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING FROM THEM.

All I know, May 23, 2017 have purchase Auto Emissions Testing product and after receiving a few e-mails from The Principal to say it is in transit and it will be shipped in a few days. Up to today June 28, 2017 I still have not received the product, and also was charged the Amount of $64.00, why? My opinion we should only be charged when this item has been shipped!!
Some How, lost interest in receiving this product and FIXD AUTOMOTIVE INC..is some how something to THINK about, before buying their product.

I ordered their product then got email advising me it was going to be delayed and that I could cancel my order. I then send them email saying I want to cancel they confirmed it and said okay and then decided to send their product anyway after numerous emails indicating I don39t want it and don39t want to be charged. I have their email confirming this also.

Refund I am sending their product back and want to make sure I am not charged for their product. I am going to advise my credit card to deny these charges also. Two of the FIXD products purchased with order processed and monies received 1 June 17. No delivery or response from Company. No way to trac order.
Several emails to company with no response. No phone number listed non existent . My order was for $88.00 and order #FIXD ***. Very disturbing that no means of contacting this company. If the issue cannot be resolved a refund would be appreciated.

May 8, 2017 placed order online for automotive diagnostic interface. Order #FIXD51045. Paid through Pay Pay, Inc. the amount of $64.00. Pay Pal Transaction ID 9WF15145HM424524T. There has been no response to emails sent to business. I have received several emails from them regarding delay. The last was on 5/31/17 indicating shipment would be made within 5 days. As of this date no notice of shipment and no response to request for refund.

Item was NOT shipped when they stated it was. They are making it seem like they did everything right, however they on respond and act when threatened with a claim or other legal action. FIXD markets a device that inserted into the cars computer cnnection will post the cars system on you IPhone so you can tell what the problem is when a dash light comes on. I ordered 2 of the FIXD sensors $88.00, on April 28th. Some 10 days later I get an e-mail from *** saying they are out of stock but have an order coming soon from the factory. Sent him an e-mail on the 17th of May asking if there is a warranty, if not cancel my order ***. There is no customer service shown on their website or any phone number. I got no reply so sent second request to cancel my order on 18th. Have not heard anything from anyone at FIXD. Have read other complaints on their Facebook about unable to contact them and orders not being delivered. Very poor customer service, really not any service.
That why I want to file this complaint. ***

I had sent them, with my 3rd request to cancel the order and make a refund, that I was filing a complaint with the Atlanta Revdex.com office. I think that got their attention. My Visa account was showing a credit of $88.00 last night Thanks for your helpPS: They indicated they will have inventory by mid to late June. I saw where others had entered their orders in early April, and were not getting any response from FIXD Automative.
