Ordered items from FIXD still not received til now. Compalined more than 3 times already but still the same issue.
Ordered FIXD items last March 26,2019 with order numbers #FIXDXXXXXX and #FIXDXXXXXX. Did not received the item until now despite complaining 3 times already. it seems the same autogenerated answers were sent to me all the time. I missed the day where im suppose to give the items as a gift. Until now I did not receive any clear answers to how, where, or what I should do next to find clarity on these issues. I had sent a refund request already but also no reply from this. Hope I can get some assistance to my issue.

Desired Outcome

Still having the desire to receive the items as i want it for myself and as a gift. but if there is no assurance to send the items to my location, please just give back the refund.

Id rather just be refunded than to request again for the delivery of the item although I still have the interest to have it but I did it 3 times already and it did not work. Thanks you Revdex.com for the assistance. At the moment, I already received the response for a refund but haven't received the actual amount yet.

Last year I ordered FIXD for my son, but he didn't want it. I sent it back immediately then forgot all about it. There is still a charge of 29.00 on April 18, 2018 that was never refunded. Now I have another charge for 29.00 on April 18, 2019. I have sent an email to the company today. I do not expect a positive response based on the reviews I now have seen. I want both charges refunded to me.

The $29.00 charge was for a roadside assistance subscription that is recurring, and will be charged every year unless cancelled. The product that was returned was completely separate from this subscription, so the return of the item would not initiate the refund for the subscription. Since the yearly subscription was not cancelled within the year that it was active for, it cannot be refunded. The second year of the subscription has already been cancelled and refunded.

I purchased a fixed unit 8 months agoand it worked just fine,I could reset my trouble codes track tire wear and the unit would what it should. 2 months ago the unit stopped resetting my codes. I contacted the company at least 6 times and was told the same thing(try this, try that)and nothing worked. Finally I get ti the point where I wanted a new unit or my money back(70.00)
The unit has a lifetime warranty. Now I'm being ignored. Did I mention, the unit stopped working about the same time the company wanted me to sign up for their premium service which would be 60.00 a year I didn't buy this unit just to be on the hook for another 60.00 a year. I want a full refund so I can find a company with some integrity. I hope this is written well enough to understand the issue.

I have reviewed this case, and can offer some clarity to the situation. First, the sensor and app have not changed since we have added the premium subscription except that we have added this bundle of features that are brand new, and completely optional. The rest of the app is the same. Second, I can see that the sensor has in fact cleared the code. The issue, which we address in the app, is that the code will continue to pop up if the issue is ignored. Since the issue has been ignored, it continues to be an issue and may worsen because of the neglect. Third, we have been working with you, and have been very responsive. On March 27th, you sent two separate emails. This caused issues because a different agent responded, but you still received help that same day.

Once the order is received in our office, a refund will be issued. I have checked on the email, and I can confirm that we responded in less than 30 minuted with a prepaid return label. This exceeds the industry standard for response time, and we removed almost all effort on the customer's part. Additionally, we have a self service return portal which allows the customer to generate a label themselves without having to contact us.

I had been attempting to get the return label for this order number: GO-XXXXXXXX-FIXD . However, even though I have the order number and can review it on my email, it will not let me submit the request for the label, as it says it is outside the window of time for the return. However,before ordering this product from FIXD, I checked the website to verify the return policy, as I was ordering it as a Christmas gift.

After multiple attempts at resolution via email, I was able to get an actual phone number so that I could talk with a person. I was given said number by email on 1/18. I called today, 1/21. The rep I spoke with was initially very helpful and conveyed she could do the return. Then she put me on hold before coming back on the line to tell me her supervisor would not approve the holiday return for the product I had ordered-said it "did not apply." I indicated that the website does not state that the "holiday returns through January are limited to certain products." She was unable to do more. I asked for her supervisor. I was told she was "on the phone and would call me back when she was done with her current customer." Over four hours later, (Latasha, I believe) said supervisor called me back. She was not willing to listen to the fact that a customer representative had sent me an email with the return policy that DOES NOT INDICATE RESTRICTIONS on the holiday policy.

We state the following: "The return policy is extended until the end of January for holiday orders (FIXD sensor only)". Unfortunately this does not apply to the other product so the 30 day window from the date of delivery applies to this order.

If the "holiday return policy" is restrictive or only includes/excludes certain products, that should be evident on every aspect of the site that a customer might access. It is NOT. The page I was on did NOT indicate the restriction. Likewise, the document/email I received from their own customer service representative does not specify the restriction to certain products. Can you not at least see how this is confusing for a customer if FIXD rep does not send a link/email for a return policy that indicates the restriction? See previous document in original complaint I submitted that has the email embedded. To me, this is false advertising. All I am asking is that FIXD own the disclarity and the fact that their own rep did not email me a refund policy that specifies the restriction. I am founded in my belief that FIXD Automotive should refund me the amount I paid for this unused product after sending me a return label.

I contacted the chat (Rachel), because the multiple offers are not mathematically correct.
The total price for the Buy 2 get 1 Free is the actual price for purchasing 3.

The FREE items ARE NOT FREE!
Rachel told me if you purchase more than one you get the discounted price, with shipping being only $5.00 for all. When I pointed out that the ad states "FREE" she responded with the same information.

I am so sorry for the confusion! There are two different ways to think about these discounts. The first way is that you buy 2 VIZRs at full price, and get one free. The full price for VIZR is $39.99. Thus, two full price VIZRs are $79.98 with one for free. The other way to think about this discount is the per unit price discount. Instead of saying one is free, you can divide the total price across all three units. Thus the per unit price would be $26.66. Three VIZRs at this price would also total $79.98. For both the 5 unit bundle and the 3 unit bundle, you do receive free units if you purchase the required number of units at full price.

I am so sorry for the confusion! There are two different ways to think about these discounts. The first way is that you buy 2 VIZRs at full price, and get one free. The full price for VIZR is $39.99. Thus, two full price VIZRs are $79.98 with one for free. The other way to think about this discount is the per unit price discount. For both the 5 unit bundle and the 3 unit bundle, you do receive free units if you purchase the required number of units at full price.

I placed my order on December 15 was promised to receive the package in two days or before Christmas never received it until January 6 . I've been trying to go on the email back-and-forth numerous times so that I can get a refund and Return my package and it keeps telling me I'm unable to do that. I can't even print a return label like they stayed within the 30 days also there is no phone number to contact them so that I can explain this to them or an address so that I can get a return label. I was given a website to print the label but it is an active. All I want is my refund before they claim that my 30 days are up so that they can keep the money and I get stuck with this merchandise that I don't need or no longer want.

I placed my order on December 15 was promised to receive the package in two days or before Christmas never received it until January 6 . I've been trying to go on the email back-and-forth numerous times so that I can get a refund and Return my package and it keeps telling me I'm unable to do that. I can't even print a return label like they stayed within the 30 days also there is no phone number to contact them so that I can explain this to them or an address so that I can get a return label. I was given a website to print the label but it is an active. All I want is my refund before they claim that my 30 days are up so that they can keep the money and I get stuck with this merchandise that I don't need or no longer want.

Ordered a product from them on 12/14. They charged my account $45.98 and claimed they shipped the item. The last update that I received states that the item is at the Post Office in Montmery, Al on 12/15. It was scheduled for delivery by 12/21. On 12/24 I still have not received the item and when I called the Post Office in Montmery and gave them the tracking number they said that they never received the package.
I have tried to contact the company but they won't respond to my emails.

Product order was placed on December 9th. Product was not sent out until December 18th. FIXED Automotive sends through UPS Expedited which means that the order is being processed in conjunction with the USP. Delivery is expected on 25th December. This is unacceptable. An item ordered on the 9th should be in my possession by now. Company did not make any communication with me to inform me of the delay in sending the shipment out. The order has sat in Georgia for two days, according to UPS tracking. I needed this product by the 21st. This means that my son in law will not have his gift and I am going to have to shop for an alternative gift since FIXED delayed the shipment. The order literally was not processed from the 9th to the 18th. This was a domestic order. I will never order from them and will not recommend them to anyone that I know.

When I try to get an RMA, they say there is no record of the order.
When I try to call their customer service number I get put on hold and have NEVER gotten an answer

They also say that the product must be returned undamaged, but it was poorly packaged and the protective film that was supposed to be on the Visor was missing. This leads me to believe I received a return from another dissatisfied customer.

Thank you. Yes they rectified the issue today.

My son's car started running really rough, no coin to take it to a mechanic... so we plugged in the device, and bingo-bango, it told us the #2 spark plug was not firing..... replaced it and the car is running beautifully now..

Had the same thing happen on my way home from work, my car started chugging really badly, pulled over in the nearest parking lot, plugged in the device, it told me what was wrong, called the wife to bring me tools... and fixed it on the spot... must have saved me $400-$500 in towing and mechanic charges.... !!!
