They refuse to offer a refund on an item that was not listed as discontinued or a sale item.
When I ordered the VIZR product, no where did it reference this as a discontinued or sale item. It also did not show any kind of discounted price, just the $39.99 price. When I shipped the product back, they refused to issue a refund. This was bought in March, so not holiday sale. I also did the RMA way before the 30-day limit.

I have screen shots of their website and nothing about a sale.

Desired Outcome

I just want a refund of the $39.99 I paid for the item.

FIXD Automotive finally sent me a refund for the device in question. I Do't know if they did it after the complaint was filed or not, but either way, FIXD lived up to their agreement.

Fixd charged me for devices that were never delivered.
I ordered one Fixd automotive diagnostic device which was delivered. Fixd charged me two weeks later for two more devices I did not order.

Desired Outcome

I want a full $69.99 for items not ordered or delivered.

I am so sorry for the confusion! It looks like you checked out with the Premium Subscription. While we do not charge you immediately for that, we do charge you for the yearly subscription. Since your complaint indicates that you did not intend to purchase this, I have issued a refund for the order.

Please note that we cannot and will not charge you for something that you did not order. Your input of your credit card information is required for any transaction to be completed.

An extra withdraw from my bank account of $103.60.

A week After initial amount for sensor was removed, an additional amount of $103.60 was unknowingly removed from my account, one I did not authorize. Have attempted to contact company, or have them send me a return label as stated they would on their webpage, however no response of any kind. I'm simply trying to return their product for the full reimbursement as stated would be done if not happy with product. I'm even contacting the bank to have fee reversed.

Simply want my money back. I havent even opened the product so no reason for a nonrefund.

I tried a 7 day FREE trial for two days and decided not to subscribe. I sent a email to Brad Williams on how to cancel my free trail. He sent me the instructions on how to cancel which I followed. Now 9 days later you charged me over $60 for a subscription. I would like that money returned.

I had the module plugged in for one night since then I have sent several emails and every time I get the runaround, they want something different each time. There is an easy solution, return the funds that they withdrew from my account.

I agree with another person who said that there visor didn't work and the company can't return that because they said that that was holiday pricing. I went back in and looked and looked and looked and it never said holiday pricing so I agree with everyone else saying that it is a scam it literally took me 22 emails to try to get this thing straightened out and then on the last email that guy writes me at 9:45 at night and says sorry but there's nothing we can do for you. So if you would like to be taken advantage of feel free and go buy all their products cuz you'll be completely disappointed and you will not get any help for merchandise authorization return. The only thing you're going to get from them is a run around and a *** of a headache. Please please please do not buy from them they are the worst company I've never seen customer service like that. I even told them I'm trying really hard not to write you a bad review but you need to help me out here, it was on deaf ears they got your money and you're screwed. I hope you have better luck than I did. I strongly advise you not to buy from fixd Automotive Inc. The representative I spoke to Brian was this helpful as a pile of warm dogst.

We purchased product Dec 20 at full price. It was a navigational tool which reflected the map from the phone onto the mirrored surface. Received product Dec 26. Tried product and it failed to work as advertised. We returned product and they received it Jan 6. We never heard back so we emailed several times. Finally they said it was a sale item and they would not refund my money. They offered to return us that product again! A product which we had a right to a refund according to the packaging we received. They even gave me a return label!

They finally sent a phone number and we spoke to a representative. We had to tell them we were going to complain to state agencies regarding their practices. They finally offered a full refund, which we accepted.

Additionally, if you purchased this through the Apple app store, you will need to contact them since they are the payment processors.

I tried to immediately cancel my order for the FIXD car code reader and was emailed back that it had already shipped out! This seemed like a lie. Also, I was offered a discounted price if I would just keep it. I thought this Discount offer was a shady business practice and still wanted to cancel my order so they gave me the link to print a return label. It took at least a week to arrive, slapped the return label on it unopened and sent it back the next day. I had a PayPal dispute opened on this company for the shipping issue and let it automatically close on Dec 25 because FIXD had assured me my refund was pending. Not hearing anything after I knew the product had arrived back to them, I emailed through PayPal asking, "where's my refund?" FIXD replied by email saying they refunded my full purchase price ($88.00) through PayPal on December 23, 2019 and it would be 3-5 business days to show up on my account. It's now Jan 27, 2020, and I still have no refund. Also, PayPal has no record of the refund (Pending or otherwise) and because I allowed my dispute to automatically close, PayPal says I could not reopen this case again either. The FIXD company representatives assure me that it has been refunded and to check with my bank. My bank advised me to report this to their fraud department which I have done. I'm not sure if FIXD or PayPal has my refund, but I feel I must report this somehow! FIXD doesn't seem honest and I wouldn't buy from them again. I can't review their product, just their business practices.
