My husband selected Pipe Wrench Plumbing because of good reviews online John B, the *** *** arrived around 5p for a - window appointment We called Pipe Wrench because of a leaking pipe in the crawlspace under the master shower stall Since water had not been running in the shower, there was no leak detected, but John did detect rotting subfloor under the shower, cracks in the shower stall, disconnected ductwork, out of code sink drain pipes, and washer drain pipe that was wrong size John was disgusted with our inspector's work and so was I after he discovered several major things that our inspector should have caught John sent us a reasonable estimate and his business card
My husband scheduled an appointment to get the sink drain pipes corrected and the time slot was miscommunicated My husband was told - but they had us scheduled for - 3, therefore we had to reschedule for another day since we both work and had made arrangements for - I will leave another review once the work is done

I called early morning with water heater problem *** was extremely helpful and got us a technician (***) by 11:AM John assessed my water heater condition and explained in detail my options After evaluation my option we opted for a replacement gals water heater, which He installed and had us with hot water by 3:PM From initial call to final resolution in under eight hours..."that's what I call customer service!"
