I scheduled for an appointment on 9-17-2014 at 11 am because I had a leak. I had told the company that my kitchen sink was creating a leak into the ceiling light of my den. I had no use of my sink or dishwasher. Well at 11:10 I called the company. The company was rude to me stating that his crew could not be there at exactly 11. That my appointment was set up between the 11-12 block. I told the gentleman that I was not told this over the phone the day before but still the gentleman was rude. Noon comes and still no show. Then around 12ish I get a call stating that in 30nminutes a person would be over at my house. I told him that the appointment was scheduled for 12 not 1 and I had taken the day off. Again the person was rude. The plumber showed up at 1:10 but by then I had another plumber come to my house. This company never did any work but the way they handled my complaint and when they did show up was awful. This company made it seem like it was my fault that I was asking to much for someone to show up at an appointment on time.
I had a great experience with service agent Brandon U. when he came this week to help me with a main line clog. Brandon was knowledgeable, polite, and worked fast. He explained my options and had no pushy upsell. The line is flowing great! Call these guys and ask for Brandon!
Pipe Wrench Plumbing is a great. The company has assisted me upon multiple occasions with everything from rooftop drainage to HVAC servicing and now with garbage disposal installation. Their technicians are courteous, professional and skilled. Prices for their services have always been reasonable. I highly recommend this plumbing company. (Josh S. was the plumber who installed the garbage disposal today. He did an excellent job.)
The technician arrived on time and courteously explained the problem and recommended repair. Given the short amount of time it took for the technician to make the repair and the small part required to make the repair, the cost was too high.
