Aside from the obvious professionalism, he was also a charming, entertaining guy who took the time to talk to us about living in the world aside from heating and cooling issues. My dog also thought he was a great guy, which I consider a glowing recommendation. When I need HVAC service, I will call him up to get the work done. We called Pipe Wrench Plumbing for a Kitchen drain issue that has been a problem for us over the years. Josh and David came to the house on time and immediately identified an issue with a PVC vent which was part of the problem. Prior fixes the plumbers only put the snake down the drain and overlooked the PVC under cabinet vent. After the new vent was installed, the Pipe Wrench team ran the snake and the result was water draining better than it has in 10 years. Thanks to Josh and David for their professionalism and knowledge! Will call Pipe Wrench next time I need Plumbing services.

They scheduled the work very quickly after we called, introduced us to a model of water heater superior to and more in line with our needs than the one we had intended to put in. Their employee worked hard and efficiently and got the tank installed and up and running in a few hours. Pipe Wrench had done work for us before in 2013 (different type of project). Both times, we have been pleased with their work and are happy to recommend them to others.
