Pipe Wrench notified me that it was time for our annual tank-less hot water heater to be flushed, inspected, and repaired as necessary I made an appointment for their plumber to be at my house on a given date and would be there between noon and p.m He arrived at 4:p.m.after I had to make a call to their office to see if I had the incorrect date I was respectfully told that the plumber had experienced some difficulty with and earlier job and that He would be servicing my water heater later that afternoon The office personnel were courteous and helpful as was the plumber

I was pleased to find that Pipe Wrench had an after hours time, which was on a SundayI did not know why I had a trouble flushing the toilets that were downstairsWe have a septic pump that I did not know how to check to see if it was working, and it will have to be replacedWe are going to get a call in the morning to set up the replacement from Pipe Wrench, and it was great to get the answer on a Sunday as to what was wrongThe only reason it has to wait until Monday to be fixed is because they will have to pick up a new pump and install it

They went out of their way, on a Saturday no less, to see that we hard our total plumbing system back on line and fully functional even though they had to work all day and well past dark to do so. Very friendly and competent, all their work was professionally performed... you can tell that they take a great deal of pride in what they do. Would not hesitate to refer them to family and friends.

I needed a new fan motor for our HVAC. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. The office contacted me with updates on the material order and when the technician was dispatched. The technician, Charles , was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He was careful and respectful of my home. He wore booties and asked if he could move some items that were in storage in order to gain easier access to the unit. I have used Pipe Wrench several times and have always been pleased. The cost is reasonable and the service provided has always been excellent.

I really don't mind if their rates might be higher than others because my peace of mind counts for a lot more, and I can rest assured the job will be completed successfully by Pipe Wrench. Their service men have always been courteous and helpful as well as knowledgeable about the job at hand. I've used them for many years.

He answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained all work being performed. I had a laundry list of work to be performed and he showed me all repairs and ensured that the repairs corrected the problems. Great service. I was so impressed that I called the company to express my appreciation before the technician left my driveway. I will be using Pipe Wrench Plumbing again!
