Very courteous and prompt. I called about my plumbing leak and they sent Damien out within 2 hours of the call. He found the problem and immediately gave me the options for repair and associated cost. Once we agreed on the course of action, he had the job completed in an hour. I was very pleased with his professional attitude and attention to detail and I will definitely use the service again.
Had a bit of an emergency today with what turned out to be nothing more than my kid having flushed wads of paper towels down the toilet. Not originally aware of the problem, Damien Galaba, came out to assess the situation, the overflowing toilets and showers, and troubleshoot the remedy. There were several concerns that could have run into huge expenses, but Damien, didn't take advantage of that. He tried some smaller solutions and as a result was able to remedy the situation early. The potential bigger stuff never had to take place. I had used [redacted] before, many years ago, which is why I called them in the first place. My experience last time around was the same. Pipe Wrench personnel installed a replacement crawl space sump pump. The technician was courteous and professional, and the work was completed promptly.
My experience was very good. I had a gas leak. The technician arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job repairing a damaged pipe. He did a scan of the gas lines, found the damaged pipe, and made the repairs quickly.
This company has been to my house several times now for various reasons. They have always been on time, accurate and fixed my problems all for a fair price. I would highly recommend them!!!
