We have had very good experiences with Central Carolina Air Conditioning They recently came to our home to repair some plumbing The plumber was very professional and fix our problems in a timely manner

I have used CCAC for a couple of years now They are courteous, friendly and thorough

We do not accept the Company's response to our complaintWe are seeking partial reimbursement from Central Carolina directly due to their negligence in diagnosing the water leak in a timely mannerOn day of the leak, July 9, 2016, the first licensed plumber used a tool to detect hot/cold water pipes behind sheetrock that is not otherwise accessibleAfter examination, this licensed plumber determined there was no plumbing above the garage ceiling (despite the fact that this area of the ceiling is exactly where the leaking pipe was later found)On day of the leak, July 13, 2016, the second visit, a second licensed plumber told me that, if after minutes of observation, the water meter dial by the street did not move at all, which it did not after marking with a pen, it must not be a water leakThe licensed plumber told me that the water meter dial would move slightly after minutes, even as the result of a drip leakTherefore, my decision to pass on opening up the ceiling during the second visit was based on the combination of these two licensed plumbers' professional opinions suggesting this was not a water leakThe reason I used a company that charges $is solely due to that fact that I prefer a reputable company to properly repair the damage the pipe caused after days of continuous leakingThis company removed the damaged sheetrock, removed all moisture to prevent potential mold issues, replaced the sheetrock and repainted the ceilingThis is not a cheap repair if done correctlyI have obtained a letter detailing the work that was completed for this amountI will be happy to include this letter to the official response, if necessary Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 17, 2016/09/20) */ We understand Mr***'s concern, however; we will not be paying for his ceiling leaking due to a pipe in his home that leakedOur solution was to fix the issue, we are not responsible for the damage it caused and again, tried to do the right thing in saving his ceilingEither way, his ceiling would have had to be repairedThank you - Steven W [redacted] Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (4200, 19, 2016/09/26) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Now have a contract with Central CarolinaI've been very pleased with their quick service and attention to my AC/Heat unitAll service employees have been efficient and helpful

We have had a CCACC heating/air conditioning contract for many years All the service personnel have been polite, cleaned up after themselves, been careful of our pets, and put on "booties" in the house We have had repair service in the middle of the coldest and hottest nights when necessary They perform regular annual preventive maintenance and make suggestions for changes as needed We plan to take them with us when we downsize Our most recent air conditioning person is Nate

Joe was very kind and courteousHe quickly responded to my initial service call and he quickly diagnosed the problemTo resolve it, a new hot water heater was installedJoe did this at the end of the day and during intermittent heavy thunderstorms He went over and beyond what I expected in getting the repair done quickly and efficientlyMany thanks to Joe M
