Highly experienced and knowledgeable, John was exceptional and I liked him instantly He explained what was wrong with my gas furnace and quickly fixed it I believe he is the best technician I've ever had from Central Carolina A/C and that's saying a lot because they have all been very good

I have been a customer of CCAC for many years They are always professional and handle my HVAC needs very well All of the service technicians that visit are courteous and well trained They won't come into your house without putting on shoe covers and they are careful to respect your property I highly recommend all the folks at CCAC for anyone with a HVAC related concern

I was scheduled for my annual Fall tuneup on my furnace and the service professional arrived on timeHe was clear about the work he was going to complete He acknowledged my preferences for getting the work done and he took the time to clarify an error on the work order he was given to completeI was completely satisfied with his work and professional approach

We have been working with *** through some of the issues she has hadFirst, her water heater was not your typical replacement which is why the price is higher than normalSeveral upgrades had to be done to make it code compliant
After the installation of the water heater, we needed to return to paint the exhaust pipe blackOur technician slipped while on the roof and dropped his paint can on her grassWe offered to pay for the damages and Mrs *** sent in a hand written note from a prior bill from her grass company requesting $I told Mrs *** we would need the invoice from where her grass company actually did the work which she did not agree withShe says we sent a man that had been drinking - we had him immediately tested after her complaint as we take this seriously and no trace of alcohol was foundA few days after we installed the water heater, a faucet went badWe did not touch this faucet, however; as a token of good faith, we replaced it at no charge to herShe had an issue under her house about weeks after the install of the water heater where her neighbor had previously been under there adjusting valvesShe called us because of the leak and we repaired this leak at no charge to herWe performed the service under her service agreement, so no refund is dueMrs *** has taken every opportunity to make us out to be some type of bad company; however, we have addressed every single issue she has hadWe could have charged her for some of the additional work that was performed, but we try to take care of people when things like this happenThe additional work to install this water heater was significant in piping, expansion tanks, etcWe will pay up to $for her grass provided she submits us an actual invoice from the grass company - we simply cannot just give her $Thanks!

The bill was proof that Trugreen does my yard
They(TruGreen) will have to be paid before grass is repairedI ask him to pay me for the killing of my grassI have paid close to for the
treatment of my grass(Dec.2013)Also, no one had been under my houseThe repairman that had been drinking called the supervisor to tell him that the faucet had been tighten too tight by ***
The drinking repairman did not shut off valve and cause water to run under my houseBy faucet being too tight; it exploded and floodedMy neighbor helped me wipe up water and heard the drinking repairman say that the faucet was too tightAnd why would they have repairman tested?
He was under the influenceHe was smellingI was treated wrong By Central CarolinaWhat
happen to "the customer is right?" They are
lyingI have dealt with a lot of companies
but never been treated like thisIt was wrong!
