They worked all day the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to replace a water heater that was part of a hydro heating system. We had been without hot water and heat for eight days, and they were the fourth company we called. They came the same day, and I had an appointment the following Wednesday for the repair. They were polite, professional, and acted as if my messy house was okay! Plus I received an upgrade. They left my furnace room where the heater is pristine (one of the neatest places in the home). And everything works as well as they said it would. So far they seem worth the higher price!
Technician was helpful and knowledgable. Disappointed my only option to replace my thermostat was an expensive option. Other than that vey good service

I've been a CCAC customer for many years. They have always treated me in the best way!! The recent visit was for a water leakage at the base of the unit. The technician spent a long time here and diagnosed the problem as a freon leak. He took care of that and the unit has been working fine ever since.

Nate was polite and courteous, listening to my concerns and answering my questions about my system and how to prevent future problems.
I called on a Saturday morning too see if a plumber was available to repair a broken toilet at my home. Within about an hour, a technician was on the way. The office called me to give me his name and identification information, sent me a text confirming the appointment, and Jon A[redacted] came to my home very shortly thereafter. My wife and I chose CCAC to replace our 23 year-old heat pumps. We got several estimates from other HVAC contractors but picked Central Carolina in the end. The Techs, Nick and Dewayne did a great job with the installation, start-up and clean-up of both of our heating systems. The 15 SEER American Standard units that we selected are awesome. The heat is much warmer that our old units.
