Although we have had issues with our new [redacted] heat pump Central Carolina Air has addressed each one to our satisfaction. We have had no issues with CCAC only with the [redacted] unit.
I invested in two heating and air units and also have a plumbing contract with this company. I always have a pleasant experience each time a workman from this company comes to check on my units or plumbing. because they are knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and do a thorough job. Also, scheduled appointments are always on time.
The Specialist did an outstanding job. He was very professional, thorough, and even fixed some
mistakes that was done previously. I will request this individual for future work.
Recently had issue with inconsistent start up of furnace. Thermostat would register low temperature but furnace would not come on. Called CCAC, they arranged a technician to come immediately to assess and fix the issue.
The technician was courteous, let me trail around with him to explain what was happening, and provided me a bit of education regarding what was probably happening. By the time he left, everything has working and has continued to work as expected. Great service!
