I have service contract with CCAIR Have purchased both heat pump and furnace from CCAIR Roger Bconducted both summer and winter service checks He is very professional, courteous, and always explains what he has done in service check I appreciate his knowledge! Also, appreciate CCAIR as top notch company!

Jon A did a very good job He fixed several issues which we were experiencing including removing an obstruction in our disposal, fixing our kitchen sink faucet, fixing a leak in our kitchen sink and fixing a toilet Jon was very helpful and we would hope to get him to help is in the future with our regular check-ups and to fix any issues

Nate always provides the most excellent serviceHe answers any questions we have, is very knowledgeable and is too the point and gets the work done in a timely manner

My system is running just fineI accept their willingness to pay for half of the bill since I had to get someone else out there on June 13thI don't accept the fact about me wanting to wait till the or requesting the 18th of june days later in 95+ temperatures and on a work day that I would have to take offTheir technician is lyingWhen the other guy came out he asked if anyone has been up there recently and I told him that yes *** *** *** has been up there but that the unit had stopped working while he was doing a testHe then informed me of the door being open, etcI will send him a copy of the invoice I received in hppes of getting reimbursed

I was recommended to Central Carolina AC Company last January by a friend when I had mentioned I was dissatisfied with the companies I had been using I have been very pleased with my dealing with staff at the company office as well as their servicemen Office staff is quick to respond, polite and efficient The technicians who have come to my home to take care of my AC/Heating system have been courteous, very efficient, have answered all my questions, and have gone beyond what has been required of them I feel confident I have finally found
the right company!

Had this company in to assess an airflow problem. Asked for the cost to install a mini split to cool one second floor bedroom roughly 300 square feet. Quote was $7500. Initial was $10,000. That's more than the cost to replace my entire central air system, plus my neighbors! Average cost should be roughly $2100. Avoid this company.

I want to thank James B for his great help in resolving our plumbing issue. Thank you James B - You are the best.
