I absolutely LOVE Flexshooper, it allows us to make purchases for items we need but don't have the money to pay for all at once and all of their customer service representatives are so helpful Just today Julia was able to assist me with separate issues and she resolved the problem quickly

I have been with flex shopper since the beginning of the year I am not so impressed by the personal shopper In fact I think the personal shopper leaves a great deal to be desired and is probably at the root of many complaints I find the customer service department to be exceptional I have had many occasions to work with them and they have been extremely professional They have repeatedly gone out of their way to find a favorable solution to my call or concern This seems to be the culture of the department as I have talked to a different person each time Be it by phone or by chat, each one makes satisfaction job one
It's a great businessI have had issues with returning items and getting people to tell you exactly the things you need to do when returning itemsBut I can say they are quick to respond and they will apologize and make your issue a priority
New customer to Flexshopper haven't had any issues with them they are also willing to work with you in payment due dates, last agent I spoke with who's name was Precious was very helpful and also very considerate

I've had an account with them for about a year and a half I have purchased multiple items, some paying off early some paying the full span of time So far I've never had an issue Most recently I've run into a few times where I missed a payment, so I emailed billing and was provided my acct mgrs name And she's been beyond wonderful Anytime I miss my payment or have a problem with it, she helps by assisting with arrangements to catch it up She's never rude no matter what or when a problem occurs She just emails me and sets my Arrangement on file so I don't have any problems
I'm not sure if all acct managers are as great as the one I have, but I truly lucked out in getting Adrieana O as mine
I ordered a laptop from Flexshopper and canceled the order less than an hour laterThe person I spoke to assured me that the order was canceledI sent a follow up email the next day to confirm and I received a call saying the order was NOT canceled and the item had shippedSo I had to call FedEx and refuse the packageTWO WEEKS LATER, I got a $charge on my bank account from FlexShopperI could not get anyone to respond to me about a refundI had to contact my bank and file a claim and get them to fight FlexShopper for meI would NEVER suggest this company to even my worst enemy

SO TO THOSE WHO ARE DECIDING ON OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS COMPANY, THINK LONG AND HARD, AND INVESTIGATE FIRST!!?
I won't deal with this company ever again They are overpriced, charge exorbitant interest rates and have no customer service skills I was charged three payments for an item that I returned but I had to be charged for it until the company got it back I overnighted the item but Flexshopper had to deliver it to the supplier before my payments could be cancelled It took nearly six weeks just to get someone to talk to me about the item I received that was used, out of it original packaging and scratched Everything had to be done by email even though they show a customer service phone line...When you finally reach someone they tell you to email them Its all BS Never again
