This is the worst company I have ever dealt with I ordered an iPad mini for my son's birthday and they shipped it UPS with no signature required I live in a condo with lots of people and it wasn't there when I got home For two weeks I was told something different by every person I talked to The day the replacement was to be delivered, I was told nothing had been sent This was for my son's birthday and not I have nothing to give him
Flexshopper in my educated opinion is an excellent customer focused company
There products and customer service and selection are excellent!

Billing & Collections Department She was very professional and helpful She understood that I didn't want to call and get another rude representative, so she accomodated my request for email communications I spoke with her once, to make a payment She was very polite and patient, and I wish she would give a class in customer service to her peers I am truly grateful for her assistance and helping me to get back on track
