Incredibly friendly customer service representative (Julia) helped me with my issue and had it resolved in a matter of minutesIn fact I have called a few othwr times with questions about minor issues and have always been treated well and had the issue resolved in a timely manner

I had a issue with my account and contacted flex shoppers a few times no one could help me.My last attempt was Nov and this grate customer service rep Richard Bwas a grate help and solved my issue the same day he took his time and got the job done

Mel was very helpful in restoring my paid-off accountOverall I have been happy with Flexshopper, and I would recommend them to friends and family I like that they give you the free to "rent to own" whatever you want, vs retail rent to own stores that offer a poor selection of junk

I thought JB in Billing was very helpful and to the pointHe helped me update all my information and is willing to go out his way to make sure I paid my items off in days do I won't be hit with the other amount! I recently purchase a product through Flexshopper for the first time It was such a great experience, I had the flexibility to buy the product at other vendor at lower prices Customer service was excellent I was so fortunate to be assisted by "Shawna" one the best employee at Flexshopper, she made laterly made miracle happened after I was told by anoter employee, that it was too late to place an order and receive it before my weeks vacation She was technically right Then I called again with the idea to talk to a supervisor, I spoke with Shawna at that time, explained her my situation, she listened careful and patiently, she aknowledge my needs, and verbalized she will do her best to assist me in getting the product before my vacation Shawna went above and beyond her duty to help me, and believe or not my people, I received the product the next dayThinking miracle happens, yes it doesAlthough I am on vacation at this time, a review is not enough to honor her effort, I will personally call Flexshopper and talk to a manager to aknowledge her effort, that's what customer service is all aboutThanks again Shawna, you are simply amazingMay God continue to bless you abundantly and keep up the good workI am getting excellent 4k memories of my vacation in the Caribbean islandThanks to you Shawna!

Flexshopper is the greatest they really work hard at customer satisfactionI especially like to mention Roxana Mwho went above and beyond to rectify a defective item actually getting it replaced..thanks to Roxana and Flexshopper!

This place take the cake for the lack of smartsTo start with I must say the sale people are friendly and really the prices are reasonableThe billing department is like a bear cage that has been rattled, they are about the as nice and friendly as a sack full of cobra snakes But this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard ofThey give you a credit limit which is fine but here is where the stupidity comes inAs you pay on your purchases you would think the balance would go down and you could buy more items using the same credit limitBut these people never adjust your balance so you better watch and be careful to keep up with what you oweAnd I guess the don't want you to buy from them but once because the money you pay back is not made available for you to reuseI bought some office products, and payed on them and I needed a printer because they refused to give me credit against my balance I couldn't get the printerDon't people want to sell items? This is when I made the mistake of speaking to the billing department wow the meanest woman in the world answered the phoneThere is no telling how much business these people could do if they had someone to run the business I really was looking forward to doing more with them If you own stock in this company better check out this place You would do better else where like a place that wanted to do business instead of a place that goes out of it's way to kill it's selfAgain I am really sorry because when I first started I thought it was a great place , and a great business with lots of nice stuff All I can say is too bad and if any owners read this get rid of your billing department and hire some nice people

Great company ! will use again in future never had any problems.got a computer from them easy to deal with if your like me and live check to check this is great way to get things you need fast better than rent places a lot of us have used.got taxes back and paid off early without any trouble at all!!!!!

I've been using Flexshopper since March of To be honest I've read a lot of negative reviews and was skeptical, but gave it a go I've got horrible credit from my Divorce and I can say they extended me a line even though it's bad, so for people saying that their advertising is not true, I am proof
I wanna say that I've had some undesirable experiences with them, random additional charges at times But providing the proper screenshots that show what happened has always get it fixed fairly quickly I feel like a company like this shouldn't have billing issues The customer service is typically very helpful
But I've bought stuff that I would otherwise not be able to afford all at once, from Camera gear, to electronics and furniture I feel as though this company if they put the effort forth could be a I'd like to see them do better

It is with the utmost pleasure that I write a positive endorsement of not only FlexShopper as a business but also to compliment their AMAMZING PROFESSIONAL Customer Service Department I did have an issue with getting my account set up which led me to call Customer Service and connect with an Assistant Manager Kelly!
Kelly was not only thorough, genuinely sympathetic and with speed of efficiency, she resolved my issue to the utmost of my satisfaction By the end of the call, Kelly turned my frowns into laughter
Then today, I had to contact Customer Service due to questions surrounding the Personal Shopper Service the company provides WOWOW! I was connected to a representative by the name of Shanelle who had the patience of an angel Not only did Shanelle help to seek on multiple vendor websites to find a very specific laptop product that I was looking for to purchase for my birthday but she also helped to find ALL of the items for my very special nephew as his Christmas Gifts
I am in the Contact Center industry myself and have been for over years managing local and international Client Relations Accounts To receive the level of service delivered today was music to my ears and simply made my heart smile!!!!
The experiences that I have had with this company is simply phenomenal Kudos and high five to Assistant Manager Kelly and Acct Rep Shanelle They both deserve a medal and any other commendation for above and beyond - JOB WELL DONE! Thank you ladies as I am a definite "PROMOTER" and will tell ALL my family and friends about your service!!!!

Worked with a super person on a return of an item I couldn't useThey are super in helping you and trying to meet your goalsIt is easy for people who have no credit, bad credit or low credit rating to get things you might needThey are high with interest rate but that is the price you pay when you have questionable credit or no credit

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with I ordered an iPad mini for my son's birthday and they shipped it UPS with no signature required I live in a condo with lots of people and it wasn't there when I got home For two weeks I was told something different by every person I talked to The day the replacement was to be delivered, I was told nothing had been sent This was for my son's birthday and not I have nothing to give him

I was helped by Lemuel Sand he was very friendly and helpfulI thought he did a good job at helping me with my request
