I have had a good experience with Flexshopper and the products I have order work wonderfulThe customer service have been friendly and have helped out and answered all of my questionsI would suggest them to people

I saw a flex shopper commercial on TV and decided to check them outMy experience was tops, I chatted with Jeff, bombarding him with questions about how their lease works and he was awesomeHe had the answers and was very straight forwardI haven't signed up with the flexshopper program yet because I haven't decided which washer I want n my credit sucksBut when I do decide to get the product I will need and can afford I will definitely use flex shopperI've had friends who dealt with other rent to own companies and it was the worst experience they hadBut reading the fine print, and seeing that they are able to get specifically what you want and no interest is huge!! I'm so glad I decided to chat and especially glad that chat was with jeff..it was the best customer service experience that I have had-kudos jeff

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with Customer service and return policy, along with their products are awful If you are considering using them, you will be shockingly unsatisfied I had a computer that was not delivered, filed a claim with them and FedEx and they told me I needed to pay for it anyway and that was the best of the four interactions I've had with this company

This review is on FlexShopper as a company and not Val in billing who was most attentive and courteousI have had issue after issue with this company from day First issue was that customer service has no product knowledge so if you ask about a particular item, their response is to you to "look it up on the mfg's web site"2nd was that the description listed for the item purchased was not as the item arrived which is why it ended up being returned3rd was that customer service was rude and actually hung up on me when I called to acquire why I was being billed for an item that was in the process of being returned and told by *** in customer service that "it was a rental item and I still have it in my possession." This was because I was waiting on a return authorization4tt After I received an email from Flexshopper stating my return had been processed, days later they billed another week for itFinally after calls to billing and a month of frustration later I have had the charges for the returned item creditedI will never do business with these people againOnce again Val in the billing department was very helpful

You know when you're trying to fix a problem and the solution is a bit outside operating procedures so you're getting bounced around different repsand you're trying really hard to keep your cool because you KNOW it's not the individual reps fault and they're doing their best but it's not working and your blood is starting to boil despite all your best efforts to stay nice and understanding and then finally you get the magic rep that just fixes everything and your day just legit got 1000% better?

I'm still new with Flexshopper, but I've had a great experience with customer service via phoneJasmine *** Albert *** and Amanda *** were really helpful and friendly! There were techinical difficulties on the site and some misunderstanding on my part thanks to the newness, but they all were great and they handled the issues promptlyFelt like I was talking to friends

The customer service representative named Julia was very polite and professional when I asked for helpJulia helped me right away with all of my questions and concerns

Purchased an Apple Watch and I received a box from Amazon and in their box was a empty Apple Watch box

I place an order December 7th with of the items scheduled for in store pick upThe store they selected is a min trip from my home and although the video game is available for in-store they are telling me the TV is not
Home delivery is causing me to have to PAY more money for lodging as I now have to wait from 12-December 23rd when I should have been done driving and settled in helping my family prepare for the holiday festivities
Instead after an hour of wasted time the only thing Mr *** could tell me over the phone is wait or cancel...ultimately NOT their problem..smh I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PURCHASING METHOD
I believe they are the most unprofessional I have ever encountered

I contacted the company through their chat portal and was connected to the person I needed within a few minutesWithin minutes my issue was resoved and my wife and I were most satisfied to say the least
I have been using Flex Shopper for over a year now and have never had a problem with the products that we have purchased
I highly recommend this company to anyone who either can't get to the store to purchase or for the person whose credit just isn't quite where it should be,

I just applied for credit and they gave it to me * I have horrible credit cuz of my divorce* my tv and my son's xbox is going to be delivered by Nov 20...so far so good very happy and exited to dping more business with them
