I called in and Nelson was my agent that assisted me, I had called times last week and had a quote for a payoff and had extended my next payment in case I needed more timeWhen I called it was my due date to make the payment the pay off was over $more...He was diligent and courteousHe investigated and resolved the matter quickly my complete satisfaction!!!! Excellent customer service!!! Keep up the great work!!!! plus I love our TV's and the options to buy fit most situations one way or another!!!!

Ok so I seen the ad on TV and it clearly says bad credit ok no money down and weekly payments but I go to apply and it says we can't improve you for a spending limit????now I'm lost I smell a scam they should be more truthful because someone like me goes to apply ad needs to explain more then what they are saying will not recommend this so called flex shopper to anyone
Incredibly friendly customer service representative (Julia) helped me with my issue and had it resolved in a matter of minutesIn fact I have called a few othwr times with questions about minor issues and have always been treated well and had the issue resolved in a timely manner
I thought JB in Billing was very helpful and to the pointHe helped me update all my information and is willing to go out his way to make sure I paid my items off in days do I won't be hit with the other amount! I think we need more people like Jair Buchanan he provided WOW customer servicePlease keep up the good work JB
