Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/01/28) */ According to Square's Merchant User Agreement Article Suspension or Termination by Us: "We may terminate this Agreement and close your Square Account for any reason or no reason at any time upon notice to youWe may also suspend the Services and access to your Square Account (including the funds in your Square Account) if you (a) have violated the terms of this Agreement, any other agreement you have with Square, or Square's policies, (b) pose an unacceptable credit or fraud [redacted] to us, or (c) provide any false, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information or otherwise engage in fraudulent or illegal conduct." The decision to deactivate your account is final

Looks like Square Support has already responded and resolved this issue on 3/30/via emailIt looks like Square sent these funds to your linked debit card on $To confirm we’re both looking at the same account, please check the debit card you have linked to receive instant deposits and reply to this email with the last four digitsYou can check this from the Square app (for Instant Deposit only) or from your online Square DashboardIf the funds were sent to a closed accountone of two things could happen: Should the bank immediately close the account, the funds will bounce back to SquarePlease note that it may take 5-business days before the funds return to SquareOnce Square receives the funds, Square will automatically deposit them to the verified bank account on file The bank may keep the account open for some time, specifically for situations like thisI would recommend contacting your bank to see if they have any record of the deposit If you have not already linked a new bank account, please log in to your Square DashboardMake sure you have at least $in your bank account to prevent your bank verification from failing due to insufficient fundsReview this step-by-step guide to learn how to link your bank account

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is the order of what’s happening: 7/31/ 17, I sold a vehicle to a customer named [redacted] **, who used [redacted] credit card to pay and we used Square to process the transaction8/14/17, the customer [redacted] called [redacted] and said he had no knowledge of the purchased transactionIn between this time, I spent a lot of money to track down the customer and collecting as much evidence as I can11/4/17, we gotten the letters from [redacted] sending to [redacted] that the sale transaction was valid11/7/17, Square said it’s only preliminary decision, they need a cancellation letter 11/9/17, Square said that, via [redacted] payment tech, [redacted] decided in the customer’s favor and even suggested us to go sue [redacted] **11/10/we emailed square cancellation letter that said [redacted] cancelled the disputes11/21/square emailed me and said,"I reviewed both cases, as of today I do not show a reversal being processed for either of the corresponding sequence numbers providedUnfortunately because they are past time frame I am not able to attach the documents & attemptIf the letters were recently received, it may still be that the reversals have yet to be finalized & I may request additional time for us to receive those fundsUnfortunately, this process at times can be weeks for it to be finalized."Prior to the cancellation letter that I sent, I also emailed you a letter that said [redacted] decided in our favorYou guys should have seen itSo we should have basically won, so I don’t understand why is there even a reversal necessary? Don’t you see the letter that said [redacted] **’s transaction is validFrom the beginning, we already have letter that said we won, so why [redacted] has to finalize the reversal when there shouldn’t be one? I already contacted [redacted] and we way conference call to [redacted] and was told that we won the caseSo I don’t understand how you guys said via [redacted] payment tech that we lostNow you’re waiting to see a reversalWhy the reversal is even necessary when I have a letter that said I wonI already requested to way conference call before with Square disputes when I call square disputes but [redacted] (the square dispute team member) refused to do it as he said he’s not allowed to [redacted] just want to hang up on me all the timeSo how am I going to solve this problem? If this situation continues like this, how am I going to ever get my money back? Also, I don’t know how you guys communicate so easily to withdraw money from my bank account and when I won the case, I am still not getting my money backShouldn’t you already see that this is a legit transaction and shouldn’t you just credit us first then you go after [redacted] to get the money back? Sincerely, [redacted] ***
