Dear Ms. [redacted], FMR has been contracted to collect on debt attached to your name. Unfortunately this office has not received a letter from you; it looks as though you did not contact us to verify the address in which this letter was sent. Therefore we were unaware that you wished to receive no more...
calls. The reason the voicemail(s) you received from us did not release the details of your debt is due to federal privacy laws. When you eventually contacted this office on January 16, 2016 you were combative and unwilling to resolve this matter with the representative. At that time your account was documented correctly and you have not received any further phone calls from this office. We have made the decision to discontinue all collection efforts. Regards, Nick W.
Dear Ms. [redacted], FMR has been contracted to handle a personal business matter attached to your name. We would like to assure we have promptly looked into this matter and verified that as of September 2, 2016 all calls and communication to you were stopped. It seems that you may be referring to another company whom is attempting to contact you. We would like to again apologize for any convenience and stress to you that we have in fact closed your account and it has been sent back, and that of September 2, 2016 no phone calls have been made to you or any phone numbers attached. Regards, Nick W.

Dear Mr. [redacted], FMR has been contracted to collect on debt attached to your name. Your account was placed with our office on April 28, 2016 and on the same day it was closed. As of that day you have not received any phone calls from this office. When you spoke with the representative you were...
provided all of the information that was placed with our office. It seems that you misunderstood the representative; [redacted] was the account that was placed on file to receive the funds, not the creditor. We are not a credit reporting agency which is why you do not see this on your credit report. It is federal law to verify that the last four digits of the social security number so that your information is not provided to a third party. Your allegations that this is fraud and extortion are untrue and libel, we are simply notifying you of a debt that was placed with our office. We can assure you that we have discontinued collection efforts and that your account has been returned. You will not receive any further communication from this office. Regards, Nick W.

Forward Movement Recovery (“FMR”) is in receipt of the complaint referenced above. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond FMR is a collection agency and the current creditor of an unpaid account in Mr. [redacted] name. The personal loan originated with [redacted]...
Services, LLC and the last four account number digits are [redacted]. We are attaching the verification of debt letter with our response for Mr. [redacted] convenience.
FMR only spoke with Mr. [redacted] on June 12, 2015 when Mr. [redacted] called into FMR. He told FMR’s representative that he did not remember a loan from 2011. Mr. [redacted] stated he was unsure of FMR’s legitimacy and that he would be contacting an attorney.
Unfortunately anyone can write anything on the internet and we believe this is where Mr. [redacted] misguided information came from. We can assure Mr. [redacted] and your office that FMR is a legitimate company registered with the Secretary of State. As FMR only spoke with Mr. [redacted] on June 12, 2015 where he discussed referring this to his attorney; FMR has since treated this threat as a cease and desist and no contact has taken place since. We are not sure how else to assist Mr. [redacted] other than to ensure Mr. [redacted] that FMR will continue to honor his request and no further calls regarding this account will take place.
Please contact FMR if we can be of any additional help in this matter.
Sincerely, Forward Movement Recovery
This collection company indicates that they are representing development. I have never received a payday loans from [redacted] which is not reflected on my bank information which the representative stated it was from 2011. Neither does this shows on my bank or credit report. I have never received any correspondence from the organization [redacted] neither any certified letters from this organization. On the response from Forward Recovery this a general response letter that they send which does not indicate the amount that they told me they were trying to collect which was $950. Forward recovery called me at my place of business which the call was recorded because we have a message calls are recorded due to training their response is not reflected and recording. I am also employed collection company which I know that this attempt to collect this money from me is fraud. I have no intention on paying this fraudulent charge.

this matter until 06/07/2016, so we are not sure who was calling you for months on end but it was not FMR. All calls made from this office are done so within the confines of state and federal law. We are not sure if you are confusing us with another office, but we assure you there will be no further communication from this office. Regards, Nick W.
Dear Mr. [redacted], FMR had been contracted to collect on a debt attached to your name. FMR would like to apologize that this continues to happen to you. Unfortunately there are a lot of unsavory companies out there that do not properly handle accounts once paid. FMR assures you we have closed this...
account and will be reaching out to our sources to make sure it stays that way. Again, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Regards, Nick W.
Dear Ms. [redacted], FMR has been contracted to handle a personal business matter attached to your name. For verification purposes you were asked to verify the last four digits of your social security number. which was provided to you. Due to federal privacy laws we cannot disclose the...
details of the matter unless the correct party is verified. When you spoke to a representative on April 6, 2018 you requested a verbal cease an desist which we can assure you was applied to this matter. You have not received anymore phone calls from this office. Regards, Nick W.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I am also asking if this means that I wont hear back from the Revdex.com or the scam company FMR? Does this mean that they are done scamming me? If I could hear back from someone with this questions I would greatly appreciate it.
Regards,
[redacted]
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. My wife, [redacted], was given information by this company. As well, as my sister. They both presented the information about invalid debt to me at different times during the day, without having communicated with one another. Your phone conversations are recorded, by the law. Please provide those conversations, and this matter will be resolved, once and for all. I also, respectfully, disagree with this invalid debt not being brought up in the last 6 months by another company. I filed another report 6 months prior. When my wife spoke to FMR, this debt was the same as the one prior in the last 6 months. Same amount, same deposit date. My wife ask for detailed information about this debt, in which she was replied to that it would be "closed", because she immediately asked questions. If you are calling in the matter of a debt, and wish to be paid, you are required by law to have that information. You may not call people and say, " you owe this amount of money". You are wasting my time, my families time as well, by not providing such detailed information. If you wish to have it paid, you will provide those details. Otherwise, you do not need to call me, my family, or any other person about a debt. Again, we are asking for those recorded copies of those phone calls to settle this matter.
Regards,
[redacted]

affiliated with the “black market” are untrue and libel. As a result of these implications we have made the decision to close your account and it has been sent back. Be assured that you or your family will not receive any further calls from this office. Regards, Nick W.
