I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Forward movement recovery is not an accredited business for the Revdex.com, nor are they licensed in the State of NY to conduct skip tracing transactions. [redacted], is my brother. We do not speak, nor have heard from in years. Not that it's any of your business. You are not allowed contact anyone else on your so-called CONTACT LIST, because you're not legally allowed to do so, as per the FDCA. I also have filed a complaint with the FTC, this group was formerly known as [redacted], [redacted] group. They do NOT have a license to conduct any business, let alone skip-tracing efforts on behalf of Forward Movement Recovery. I have the voice mail that states, you claim by law, that you can contact anyone else on this list that you CLAIM you have. You can attempt to do so, but not at my expense. You're not allowed to contact me. I don't give a hoot about anyone else on your so-called list. you also told me to contact you per the voice mail message left by your automatic voice robot, that stated I needed to contact you regardless. I don't have to do anything. I don't owe the bill.  You're nothing but a bottom-feeder debt collection agency, posing as a skip-tracing company and I hope that the Revdex.com shuts down you down, as well as the FTC, you'll be hearing from the [redacted] attorney general, as well. Good day. Regards,
[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have received several phone call from this company, all starting several months ago.  I was originally told this debt was from 2009 a few months ago, and was then told a few weeks ago it was from 2011.  And I was told by the representative that I would be taken to court.  I just want the phone calls to myself and my friends to stop.  If this is a true debt, then I would appreciate appropriate documentation to be sent to my mailing address.
Regards,

provided all information that was given to us.  At that time you advised our office that you currently have a payday loan, making your statements that you have never had a pay day loan untrue. Also, your allegation that this is a scam is unfounded.  You then willingly secured an arrangement with our office. FMR respectfully disagrees with any threats that you would be sued, and that you were denied documentation as it was sent to you upon request to your new email that you provided [redacted].[redacted].com on August 5, 2016.  We had no way of knowing that you may have been a victim of identity theft. Based on your word we have documented your account as dispute, removed your payments,  and it has been closed. You will no longer receive communication from this office. Regards, Nick W.

Forward
Movement Recovery (FMR) is in receipt of the complaint referenced above.  Thank you for giving us the opportunity to
respond to this matter.
FMR
did contact Ms. [redacted] regarding a debt in her name.  As she states, the personal loan she took out
is from [redacted] Lending,...

account number [redacted].  All documents sent to Ms. [redacted] were in
compliance with federal law. We would like to note that Ms. [redacted]’ concern over
our envelopes is misguided as federal law proscribes what we can and can’t
place on an envelope. We
at FMR want to stress that we place a premium on legal compliance and engaging
the public in a civil and courteous manner at all times.  At no time did our representative threaten to
take Ms. [redacted] to court or that she would be hearing from an attorney.  These allegations are simply unfounded.  We are not sure if Ms. [redacted] is being
contacted by other agencies, but we can assure Ms. [redacted] that our
representatives did not do this. FMR
will treat this as a cease and desist and we will not call Ms. [redacted] again
regarding this account.  Please contact
the undersigned if we can be of any additional help in this matter.
Sincerely,
Nick W.

our office, a payment arrangement letter was sent to [redacted].com on 6/23/2016. Your request that you need something in writing before paying anything has already been fulfilled. Any voicemail you received prior to contacting our office does not state that legal action will be taken against you and scare tactics were not used, your allegations claiming otherwise are untrue. Our representative remained professional and assisted in helping you resolve this matter. Your payments have been removed and your account has been closed with this office and sent back. You will not receive any more calls from FMR. Regards, Nick W.
