Forward Movement Recovery (“FMR”) is in receipt of Ms [redacted] ’s complaint and appreciated the opportunity to respond FMR is a collection agency and owner and current creditor of a loan in Ms [redacted] ’s name The original creditor of the loan Ms [redacted] took out is [redacted] Holdings LLCThe last four account digits are ***We are not sure why she did not receive the documentation that was sent and encourage her to contact us and ensure we have her proper address on fileOur representatives did place calls to Ms [redacted] ’s references in an attempt to locate her and obtain current contact information All skip-tracing efforts are done in compliance with federal law, specifically the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act We respectfully disagree with Ms [redacted] that we continued to call her references after we spoke with her Calls were only placed on this account for day, on October 16, Ms [redacted] asked our representatives to cease contacting her references when she called in the same day, at which point all calls stopped In fact, no further contact to Ms [redacted] ’s references or Ms [redacted] personally took place after this time We can assure Ms [redacted] that our company is not a “scam.” We are a legitimate company, registered with the Secretary of State In any event, we will continue to treat Ms [redacted] ’s complaint as a cease and desist and not contact her or her references again regarding this account Please contact the undersigned if we can be of any additional help in this matter Sincerely, Nick W Authorized Representative of Forward Movement Recovery

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI am not sure what kind of circus show these guys are running, but I have notified the FBI, TBI and the AGs of NY and TennesseeMoreover, per federal law, if you were a "licensed debt collector” as they assert (they offer us no proof of license IDs to verify), they are now in violation of the; Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) (b) If the consumer notifies the debt collector in writing within the thirty-day period described in subsection that the debt, or any portion thereof, is disputed, or that the consumer requests the name and address of the original creditor, the debt collector shall cease collection of the debt, or any disputed portion thereof, until the debt collector obtains verification of the debt or any copy of a judgment, or the name and address of the original creditor, and a copy of such verification or judgment, or name and address of the original creditor, is mailed to the consumer by the debt collectorTheir corrupt operation never gave me the right to dispute any debt using the legal mandate under the FDCPA of sending me a written notice (commonly referred to a dunning notice) - not a phone callI have the call recorded and it has been be given to the NY-AG, the TN-AG, the FBI and the FTC to help shut down this scam down –for good While I doubt these scammers know how to follow the FDCPA as they are well known scammers, I am asking that the Revdex.com tell them to send me the following to resolve the complaint I filed with youI however reserve all my legal rights and remedies They write me at my home address and provide the following information: · (1) the amount of the debt; · (2) the name of the creditor to whom the debt is owed; · (3) Provide a verification or copy of any judgment (if applicable); · (4) Proof that you are licensed to collect debts in (insert name of your state) · (5) Finally, they admit to you I do not owe this debtTherefore I demand under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act that they immediately PURGE ALL of my information from their “system” and send me a letter stating they have completed these steps within days Let them be advised that I am fully aware of my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other consumer protection statutesAnd I have taken steps to report your scam to the authorities Regards, ***
