Dear Ms. [redacted], In your complaint you state that this company is a scam. That is a very serious and untrue allegation. You have never even spoke with a representative of this company, so I am not sure how you would come to that conclusion. Either way, you will not be contacted by this office...

again. Regards, [redacted]

Forward
Movement Recovery (“FMR”) has received the above complaint and appreciates the
opportunity to respond in kind.
 FMR
is a collection agency and the current creditor and owner of an unpaid personal
loan in Ms. [redacted]’s husband’s name.  The
personal loan Mr. [redacted] took...

out, originated with [redacted]. The last four
account number digits are [redacted].  We are
attaching the verification of debt letter with our response for Mr. and Ms. [redacted]’s
convenience.  We would like to note that
FMR did not take over [redacted], rather we purchased the personal loan that Mr.
[redacted] took out with [redacted] and are the current owners of the individual
loan, not the entire company.  We are
sorry if there was any confusion Mr. or Ms. [redacted] had.
FMR did speak with Ms. [redacted]
on July 30, 2015 after her husband verified his information and gave his wife permission
to speak on his behalf.  After again
verifying all necessary information with Ms. [redacted] about the above account
and Mr. [redacted]’s identity, she requested we send the above verification of
debt, which was sent the same day.  Ms.
[redacted] called back in after receiving the email and stated she would like to
resolve this and that she would contact us back with more information.
We did not hear from Mr.
or Ms. [redacted] again until we received this complaint from your office.  We will treat this complaint as a cease and
desist and no further contact will take place regarding this account unless Mr.
[redacted] calls in himself to resolve the unpaid account.
 Please contact
the undersigned if we can be of any additional help in this matter.
Sincerely, Authorized
Representative of

Dear Ms. [redacted], FMR had been contracted to collect on a debt attached to your husband's name. You are stating repeatedly this is a scam, which is untrue and unfounded, as well as slander. You stated to the representative on the call that took place on 06/13/2016 that you have been scammed...

before, correct? So it is possible that your husbands identity had been compromised in the past and this is some of the fallout from that unfortunate incident. We apologize about any inconvenience. The account in question has been closed and there will be no further collection activity from this office. We would also recommend viewing Mr. [redacted]'s credit report to make sure there are no discrepancies. Regards, Nick W.

Dear [redacted], FMR has been contracted to handle a personal business matter. Unfortunately your phone number was called in error for an individual we are attempting to notify of this matter. The phone call in question has been reviewed and we would like to offer an apology for the behavior of...

our representative. He did not follow protocol and he will be reprimanded. FMR would also like to assure you that your phone number has been removed and that you will not receive any more phone calls from this office. Regards, Nick W.

Dear Ms. [redacted], FMR cannot speak on behalf of any other business, we will treat this as a cease and desist. There will be no further correspondence from FMR. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Regards, Nick W.

Forward
Movement Recovery (“FMR”) is in receipt of Ms. [redacted]’s complaint and
appreciated the opportunity to respond.
We
apologize for any confusion in our previous response.  As we stated, we did not contact Ms.
[redacted]’s references after we spoke with her on October 15, 2015.  Calls were placed prior to that in an effort
to locate her.  Reviewing this account
with the representative that spoke with Ms. [redacted], we are not sure why an
additional call was placed after the October 15, 2015 conversation with Ms.
[redacted].  We have placed a note in our
representative’s file and they have been sent for additional training.
We are attaching a Verification of Debt for
her convenience; however, we have closed her account and no further collection activity
has taken place.  We encourage Ms.
[redacted] to contact our office if she has any additional questions.
Please
contact the undersigned if we can be of any additional help in this matter.
Sincerely,
Nick W.

bankruptcy or paid this prior as you provided the representative you spoke with none of this information. As far as disregard for state and federal law, that statement is simply untrue. Forward
Movement Recovery (“FMR”) is in receipt of Mr. [redacted]’s complaint and is
happy to respond. FMR
was attempting to contact Mr. [redacted] regarding a personal loan he took out in
his own name.  The original creditor for
Mr. [redacted]’s personal loan was [redacted] Solutions LLC.  We...

would like to note that we are not
representing the original creditor, rather we are in receipt of Mr. [redacted]’s
personal loan in a portfolio we received from our broker.
We only spoke with Mr.
[redacted] on November 10, 2015.  He stated
that he does not remember this loan and wanted to check his bank
statements.  We scheduled a time that we
would follow up with Mr. [redacted] to allow him time to check into his
records.  We did not speak with him again
after the initial contact. Mr. [redacted]’s complaint
was the first time we heard of any issues.
We wish he would have contacted our representatives and provided his
bank records to show his dispute.  We will
honor Mr. [redacted]’s request and not contact him again regarding this account.
We hope our assurance
that Mr. [redacted]’s account being closed and not resold is sufficient
resolution.  We ask that if Mr. [redacted] is
called regarding this account again, he immediately informs us. Please
contact the undersigned if we can be of any additional help in this matter.
Sincerely,
Nick W.
