Ordered 4 weeks ago, have not heard a thing from them since. Have tried to contact them 4 times through messaging and email. Previous order, they sent the wrong thing after a long wait. Found their found number on BBB, called and it's out of service. Even if their business is going through hard times they could at least communicate that there is a delay.

I pre-ordered a sweatshirt that was advertise to ship mid SeptemberI received an order confirmation number and a promise of an update with tracking number as soon as the item shippedWhen I heard nothing further I reached out to the company via email and Instagram direct message on October 23rd inquiring about my order, but received no responseOn November 15th I disputed the charge on my credit card and had it removedI found it frustrating that this business found time to post several social media several time a day, but would delete posts whenever followers began to discuss unfulfilled orders for which they had been chargedIt's appaling that this company is still allowed to conduct businessI only wish I had looked here first

This company is a disaster! They do not have it togetherI full-heartedly supported them when the magazine came out but didn't ever see an actual hard copy! I also ordered items from their store and didn't hear anything about itThey charged my card so I know there wasn't broken communication on the monetary sideThey are a jokeNeither a magazine nor a "vintage" shopDon't waste your time or money on these people, you'll be fully disappointed

I submitted an order with Folk Magazine in early September and got an official looking email confirming my purchase of a back issue two-pack--dated 9/3/14, indicating that my order (#7687) had been receivedI tried emailing on 10/16/to request an update on the expected arrival of my order and received a form email apologizing for delays (also dated 10/16/14)My more recent attempts (2/17/15) to reach Folk Magazine (using both [email protected] and [email protected] email addresses) have failed permanentlyIt is not clear to me whether or not my order has been permanently canceled

Ordered a "Yosemite" sweatshirt on 6/and was immediately charged $It is now 8/and I have not received so much as a shipping notification, let alone the item I ordered and have paid forI have made three attempts to contact them regarding my order through their website and an additional attempt through Instagram, but they never responded to any of these messagesI will be filing a chargeback claim with my bank if I do not hear back from my latest attempt to contact them
