Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.They are offering me a refund if I can provide the order #, purchase price, and payment typeI ordered this sweater a year ago now, how do they expect me to have the order # and purchase price? I don't have that for items I bought last weekI'm pretty sure I paid $+ shipping, close to $total, but I have no way of finding this informationThis seems to be a poor attempt for them to get this issue "resolved" in the Revdex.com system and not actually resolve the issueThe only way I will be happy is if they refund me the estimated $40, or send me a $gift card to somewhereI would say to their store but I have no trust I would ever get anything ordered from them ever Regards, [redacted]

I ordered a Yosemite sweatshirt from them in October I have NEVER received any email correspondence regarding the order and have YET to receive the sweatshirt However, I was immediately charged for my purchase I have tried to contact them via email, via Instagram, via Facebook AND via PayPal They have NEVER responded to any attempt I made I am not disputing the charge with PayPal and am awaiting the resolution SO disappointing

I ordered a t-shirt in january of from Folk because they were running a special where the shirts were only $So I ordered a shirt that says pumpkin spice of life because I thought it was cleveri then received an email saying that they would email me once my order shipsa week goes by and nothing, a few more weeks, still nothing, a month later, still nothingso I wrote them an email inquiring about my order and they said they were really backed up and were trying to get the orders out asapso I wait another month and still nothing, so I send another email and they don't replyso I bombard every social media account they have trying to get an answer and they delete my comments and block meso I disputed the charge with my bank and was credited the money backskip to present time, end of November 2016, I receive a package in the mail from FOLK and its a t-shirt THAT'S NOT EVEN THE ONE I ORDEREDand it says right on the packing slip the shirt that I did orderthis is a terrible business and I don't recommend that ANYONE wastes their time and money on them

DO NOT ORDER FROM FOLK, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THE QUALITY OF THIER PRODUCTSTHEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEYI ordered in November and still hadn't received my order about wks into December so I sent a dispute claim to my credit card companyThe next day I get an email from the company that they are sending my orderAnd then I get an email from the credit card company that they've contacted the company and said they need to show proof of deliveryI get the package about a couple of days laterI had ordered TWO sweatshirts and I only received ONEIt literally said on the front of the package in pen that there was a wrong amountIt was the worst quality and the print was already part way peeled offIt fit in my mailbox! sweatshirts should not be able to fit in a mailboxThey really just wanted to prove they sent a package so they could take my moneyI wanted these sweaters for christmas, I'm very disappointed and frustrated

Seems to be pretty common that these guys take forever to do everything and (apparently) use cheap materials.(I'll be the judge of the materials once I get my order!) I just made my first order going on three weeks and it still hasn't been shippedDefinitely WON'T returnThey kinda remind me of [redacted] ***Really like the idea of owning a business, really good at promoting the business, but really bad at actually running a business

I submitted a complaint to the Revdex.com today regarding complaint ID

order was sent with tissue paper around the jam and wrapped in the sweatshirtwe can not help how the package was handled after it leaves our possessionthis is a complaint that needs to be taken up with the postal service that delivered the package

My husband ordered a sweatshirt a month agoThe sweatshirt was supposed to ship that day and never didHe has called the company numerous times and left messages on their instagramNo one ever answers or returns messagesDO NOT BUY from Folk MagThey are still promoting themselves on instagram
