This formal complaint falls in line with all of the other "experiences" anyone who has attempted to purchase from this company has gone through. This company, from a merchandising standpoint, should not be allowed to conduct business. They promote and advertise "products", collect the money from Paypal, do not deliver on such orders and provide USPS shipping information to maintain some compliance with Paypal policies in order to avoid having the funds return to the buyer. When you break it down, they essentially steal. I placed an order in October for a "Y'all need Jesus" sweater they advertised on Instagram, I received a generic email confirmation that my shipping info would be provided at a later time. One week went by, and then two weeks, then I wrote an email to the "editor" as their website has no customer service contact information ANYWHERE. I received no response and sent them a private message on Instagram inquiring about my order. No response, I then asked Paypal to provide me with a phone number; when you call it, it appears to be a cell of some kind and they reject the call sending it straight to voicemail. I left a message knowing I would not receive a call back, but after various attempts to call, the phone would ring once or twice and then get rejected, would then ring 3 or 4 times, same rejection, and then eventually went to voicemail after no rings. It's plain to me this person/entity is avoiding me at this point. It is now December and I am in the final stages of my Paypal dispute in order to get my $26 back. What is sad is that I do believe in, and support, small business, but FOLK Magazine, you give them a very bad name and should be ashamed of how you do business.

I ordered a t-shirt in january of 2016 from Folk because they were running a special where the shirts were only $10. So I ordered a shirt that says pumpkin spice of life because I thought it was clever. I then received an email saying that they would email me once my order ships. a week goes by and nothing, a few more weeks, still nothing, a month later, still nothing. so I wrote them an email inquiring about my order and they said they were really backed up and were trying to get the orders out asap. so I wait another month and still nothing, so I send another email and they don't reply. so I bombard every social media account they have trying to get an answer and they delete my comments and block me. so I disputed the charge with my bank and was credited the money back. skip to present time, end of November 2016, I receive a package in the mail from FOLK and its a t-shirt THAT'S NOT EVEN THE ONE I ORDERED. and it says right on the packing slip the shirt that I did order. this is a terrible business and I don't recommend that ANYONE wastes their time and money on them.

Ordered a "Yosemite" sweatshirt on 6/16 and was immediately charged $25.00. It is now 8/4 and I have not received so much as a shipping notification, let alone the item I ordered and have paid for. I have made three attempts to contact them regarding my order through their website and an additional attempt through Instagram, but they never responded to any of these messages. I will be filing a chargeback claim with my bank if I do not hear back from my latest attempt to contact them.

FOLK Magazine stole my money. I ordered an item in May that was scheduled to ship in mid-June. When I didn't receive the item, I contacted them in July and they told me they misplaced the item and it would ship in the next week. That didn't happen. In August he said their movers got confused on directions and that they were shipping the items. Right. I contested the charge with my CC company and got my money back.

SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!

I ordered a Yosemite sweatshirt from them in October. I have NEVER received any email correspondence regarding the order and have YET to receive the sweatshirt. However, I was immediately charged for my purchase. I have tried to contact them via email, via Instagram, via Facebook AND via PayPal. They have NEVER responded to any attempt I made. I am not disputing the charge with PayPal and am awaiting the resolution. SO disappointing...

I ordred a tee-shirt from the website over a month ago. The company processed the payment, but I have still not received the shipment. I have emailed their 'customer service' email address several times and have gotten only one response saying they will send me tracking info - which I have yet to see. Still waiting for either my payment to be returned or package to be shipped....Never again!

I had ordered a some things almost 2 years ago and my card was charged but I never recieved the items. Just a conformation E-mail. Other ise nothing. Real shame.

I placed an order for a couple small items more than a month ago and still haven't received them. My emails and social media messages go unanswered or get deleted. I've requested PayPal to refund my money. This company has been stealing from hundreds(thousands?) of people for many months and it needs to stop!

Complete scam artist. Paid for items I never received. They never returned emails and I finally had to file a claim with my bank to get my money reimbursed.
