I ordered a magazine three months ago. I have sent three emails inquiring about it. It was never delivered. They finally responded today after three months with one word "refunded."
I'm very disappointed in their professionalism, their business conduct, and customer service.

Placed an order back in January. Money automatically debited from my account. I was sent a tracking # and it just keeps showuing pre-shipment info sent to USPS. After 2 weeks and still not received order I contact them via their website. No response. I asked for a response on their Instagram page and they delete my comment. Apparently I'm not the only one who got scammed by this "company". No order, no response to email, and no refund.

that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.They are offering me a refund if I can provide the order #, purchase price, and payment type. I ordered this sweater a year ago now, how do they expect me to have the order # and purchase price? I don't have that for items I bought last week. I'm pretty sure I paid $30 + shipping, close to $40 total, but I have no way of finding this information. This seems to be a poor attempt for them to get this issue "resolved" in the Revdex.com system and not actually resolve the issue. The only way I will be happy is if they refund me the estimated $40, or send me a $40 gift card to somewhere. I would say to their store but I have no trust I would ever get anything ordered from them ever.

I placed my order on March 28, and I still have NOT received my t-shirt and stickers. I am getting really up set as it is MAY now, and they charged my card. They also will not respond to my emails so I have no idea if it is even coming.

This company is a disaster! They do not have it together. I full-heartedly supported them when the magazine came out but didn't ever see an actual hard copy! I also ordered items from their store and didn't hear anything about it. They charged my card so I know there wasn't broken communication on the monetary side. They are a joke. Neither a magazine nor a "vintage" shop. Don't waste your time or money on these people, you'll be fully disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM FOLK, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THE QUALITY OF THIER PRODUCTS. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. I ordered in November and still hadn't received my order about 3 wks into December so I sent a dispute claim to my credit card company. The next day I get an email from the company that they are sending my order. And then I get an email from the credit card company that they've contacted the company and said they need to show proof of delivery. I get the package about a couple of days later. I had ordered TWO sweatshirts and I only received ONE. It literally said on the front of the package in pen that there was a wrong amount. It was the worst quality and the print was already part way peeled off. It fit in my mailbox! 2 sweatshirts should not be able to fit in a mailbox. They really just wanted to prove they sent a package so they could take my money. I wanted these sweaters for christmas, I'm very disappointed and frustrated.

I'm still waiting my order and my money was debited form my bank accounted.It is just intolerable.
It has been more than 3 months and NOBODY is answering to my mail, even the "sale manager" ([redacted].[redacted]).

I submitted an order with Folk Magazine in early September and got an official looking email confirming my purchase of a back issue two-pack--dated 9/3/14, indicating that my order (#7687) had been received. I tried emailing on 10/16/14 to request an update on the expected arrival of my order and received a form email apologizing for delays (also dated 10/16/14). My more recent attempts (2/17/15) to reach Folk Magazine (using both [email protected] and [email protected] email addresses) have failed permanently. It is not clear to me whether or not my order has been permanently canceled.

I pre-ordered a sweatshirt that was advertise to ship mid September. I received an order confirmation number and a promise of an update with tracking number as soon as the item shipped. When I heard nothing further I reached out to the company via email and Instagram direct message on October 23rd inquiring about my order, but received no response. On November 15th I disputed the charge on my credit card and had it removed. I found it frustrating that this business found time to post several social media several time a day, but would delete posts whenever followers began to discuss unfulfilled orders for which they had been charged. It's appaling that this company is still allowed to conduct business. I only wish I had looked here first.

Seems to be pretty common that these guys take forever to do everything and (apparently) use cheap materials.(I'll be the judge of the materials once I get my order!) I just made my first order going on three weeks and it still hasn't been shipped. Definitely WON'T return. They kinda remind me of [redacted]. Really like the idea of owning a business, really good at promoting the business, but really bad at actually running a business.
