I ordered back issues of Folk Magazine on 5/6/I received the auto confirmation and my credit card was charged the $I had not received any notification that my order had shipped by today 5/so I emailed them to get a shipping status only to have the email returned to me as "undeliverable"I emailed two other accounts associated with their business only to have those come back as "undeliverable" alsoI contacted my credit card company and started the dispute process so the charge would be reversedLooks like they have gone out of businessToo bad, it was a nice magazine

Horrible and rude customer service!!! I sent an email asking for a shipping update about a sweater that was over two weeks late, and I got a string of emails with very rude responses such as "I have a life outside of this company" "sorry I can't write a long email, I reply during class." "If you want to belittle me I can do it right back." No idea how I was belittling this person as I was being much more polite than they wereI just wanted my money back and they kept responding with rude commentsWill NEVER order from them againAbsolutely never

ordered a magazine (months ago), never received it, never received answers to any of my emails inquiring as to why, nor to requests to cancel my order or get a refund

Folk magazine recently offered a 50% off sale on a selection of merchandise on their websiteI ordered almost $worth of merchandise and also received an email confirmation of the orderThis order was made one month ago!
I also ordered something from them last year, and that never showed up either
I contacted various emails at Folk Magazine, as well as sending them other messages through their website and through Facebook
I would definitely not recommend ordering anything from this company, and I feel that they have stolen from me
