[redacted] was contacted by our office on 11/03/17 regarding a legitimate debt that is currently in our office. Had she told our office it was previously paid and/or provided proof to our office,... we would have closed this account. Ms. [redacted] was never asked for personal information by our office, we did verify her date of birth and last four of her social security, but we stated them to her and had her verify it is the correct information. At no point did our office give personal information to any person or other entity. Ms. [redacted] was made aware of our client’s rights that they could pursue, however she was not threatened with them at any time. Revdex.com spoke to Joe at business and the following was relayed: A full refund was issued to consumer on 4/30/15, the account was closed and sent back to client

When I returned the call again to this collection agency the person that I spoke with was very rude to me, over talked me and nothing of course was accomplished. I was able to say send me a copy of the bill while the person on the phone was being loud and over talking me. I explained to that person if we are both talking then how will we get anything accomplished. Furthermore, you were asked to stop calling people on your so called phone list. After you spoke to me you did it again....started calling people, 6, within minutes and this time you got my daughter who was in school at the time and got her phone taken because your call her. This company is ridiculous

The first time a call was placed to Ms*** was on 11/01/when Ms*** called into our office and she was made aware of the matter in our officeMs*** stated at this time that she was in financial hardship and she would have to speak with her husband to figure out what they could doMs
*** then called back in on 11/02/and when she was going to be transferred to a representative to further discuss this account she hung up the phoneOn 11/21/Ms*** was spoken to again about this account where she admitted that she knew she did owe this account, however she was just argumentative and very rude to our representative after which she said she did not have the money to pay this accountMs*** called back in the same day and spoke to a different representative and set up payment arrangements to pay on this account in our officeMs*** went on a recorded line and authorized payments to her card beginning on 11/22/which defaulted; when our representative contacted her to let her know her payment was declined she claimed she just needed to load the money onto the prepaid card she providedLater in the day she called back in to our office and admitted she had lied and she did not have the money for the payment she had authorized so our office modified her payment arrangements to try and work with herAt no point was Ms*** threatened with anything; however she was made aware of what our client could proceed with if she chose to not pay on this accountFoster and Monroe is a legitimate collection agency collecting on a verifiable debtIf Ms*** had in fact called Military Credit Services LLC and asked about her account she could work her way down the chain on command and she would end up at our officeOur office has the original contract and pay history, which I have attached, which shows that this account was taken out by Ms*** and it was never paid in fullThroughout all the times Ms*** was spoken to by our office did she request any information to be sent to her from our office if she had we would have had no issue sending her the original contract, pay history and a letter showing her payment arrangementOur office has closed this account therefore Ms*** will not receive another call from our office, however it is a debt she owes so if she chooses to pay on this account she can contact us at ###-###-####

The statement made by Foster and Monroe LLC is a total misrepresentation of what happenedI never threatened to shoot anyone at the company, any of the employees, as a matter fact I never threatened to shoot anyone or anythingIt it stands,I have not ever, nor do I currently own, any *** jewelry accountI have never opened credit with *** jewelry account as evidenced by the conversation I had with *** corporate credit department Furthermore, the business claims that I was provided a credit report by them, that is a totally untrue statementI was never mailed, faxed, nor emailed any credit report from Foster and Monroe LLC I am still requesting a refund of the $payment I made in December I have a police report, a case number open with *** corporate credit account stating that there has never been a *** ** with my Social Security number that has opened a *** account everIt seems to me, Foster and Monroe LLC has no other choice but to refund me the $payment I madeI am not the person they think I am. Thank you, *** **
