I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because.I dont care if you take me off or not, but we will never buy nor suggest your company again.  We were told 3 times that the charge would go through, so we did it again, and all it did was tie the funds up we were using for his birthday, so essentially your company caused us to not throw a party for my father, which had been planned for months, not afford a gift for him, because we didn't have the funds after the bank held the money after you told us the charge would go through and didn't, and were told to try again.

 The order was cancelled within 5 minutes of placing it. The merchant asked me to confirm that the order is cancelled after a few hours and I replied confirming the same. Despite this the order was still shipped out. Please note that the order was cancelled within 5 minutes whereas the dispatch yoook place after many hours so the reply from the retailer makes no sense.The perfumes cannot be returned as they are classified as hazardous goods and no courier service in Hong Kong is accepting the shipment without a commercial license that allows HAZMAT shipping. We are in this situation due to the negligence of the retailer and all emails evidencing this are available and can be provided.

contacted [redacted] on the [redacted] of December, and they have declined to refund me. Their exact response was "Hello and thank you for your email. Please note per our return policy Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages. Unfortunately we are not able to reship this order, please replace your order online when you are you ready to do so.". They only refunded me after contacting Revdex.com.org, so asking me to contact [redacted] first has no meaning, since I have already tried that.
