Other two or three different purchases at different times made with the same company had no problem so I think the company remain with certain reliability. Review: I purchased fragrances from FragranceX.com, in the USA on the [redacted] of April 2015. The parcel was shipped with [redacted] on the [redacted] of April 2015. Parcel is going to Namibia. They claimed that the parcel was send with [redacted] Shipping and delivers within 2-7 business days..Tracking information show that the parcel departed Lusaka,Zambia on April **, 2015 3:35 pm. It has been over a month now and have not received my parcel. And morethan 2 weeks have passed and no further update on the parcel! Where is the parcel being held up? I emailed them over 3 times, the first time no reply, the other three times, they used the same answer that the parcel is in transit or is being held up by customs and will be soon be delivered. I went to my post office several times, no parcel. Tracking number; [redacted] ;Order #[redacted] .

I tried to make inquiries to [redacted], but was rejected and advised to ask the sender , who is FragranceX to initiate the inquiry, which they have not done,by the look of thingsDesired Settlement: They should at least tell me where the parcel is being held up.

Review: I bough two colognes a year or two ago and after many e-mails telling them that I did not receive any cologne and passed almost eight mounts they did not solve my problem.

They said it should be a problem with brazilian mail service but since the products do not have the "gps following" (sorry I do not know the correct term) I cant do anything to find it and that just went that way. They said they sent and I did not receive but PAID.

To be honest I almost forgot and let it go but they keep sending me e-mails offering products with special conditions and low prices and so on, so I decided to look after their reputation and I found many people here in Brazil with the same problem. Here we have a site "like" Revdex.com, its called [redacted] but FragranceX dont care about it because our law is slow and lame sometimes.

At [redacted] I read a comment that directed me to Revdex.com and here I am.

Unfortunately I erased all the e-mails from them so I stop to see and get [redacted], but they probably still have it. It was two colognes, both 1881 nino cerruti 100 ml, one female to my mother and other male for me, we paid with my mothers credit card [redacted].

Well, i'm not getting hopes from FragranceX but I want to let it wrote here so people know that someone is stolen our products that we work to pay for, i'm not saying FragranceX stole it, but im supposing so because I have never receive any mail from alfandega or mail service telling I have a product there waiting for taxes to be paid or something. it was like have never happened. SO....

I did that, but, as I said before, I do not have the order numbers anymore so I sent them the credicard information, only the value we paid and the day we bought the colognes.

Until now, no further emails from fragrancex, nothing, zero. So I am rejecting the way they are dealing with my problem I am sorry.

As I said before, I dont have the order number anymore and I sent it two or three times before and FragranceX did not solve my problem, I sent them the values we paid and the date of those two payments and they ask for order number again that no makes sense.

Also, I cant afford to call them first because of my english and second because I wont spend more money with this company.

Im attaching the credicard paper with the values and dates.

I dont know why they are doing this but, why they dont send to Revdex.com the document signed proving that I received the colognes so?

Review: I made an order #[redacted] on the ** of January. According to their shipping FAQ, the item should have been delivered to Egypt 7-12 business days after the order was made, which means that no later than February [redacted]. On February [redacted], when I saw from the tracking info that the item is still in transit in the US, I contacted Fragrancex.com via email. And created issue [FRGX: [redacted]]. Unfortunately, throughout the past three and a half months, the customer support were not helpful at all, and they always ignored the fact that their business said that orders should be delivered within the maximum time of 12 business days. They do not want to resend my order via a more reliable courier, nor refund me, until the package is returned to them.

I made an international phone call today regarding this issue, and their representative told me that from the tracking info it seems that the item is being sent back to them. However, he can't send another order, nor refund me, and even can't connect me to talk to a [redacted], leaving me in the same situation before the ten minutes international call, only more frustrated.Desired Settlement: I think that the business should send me my order now, with the fastest shipping method, on their own account. This should be accompanied by an apology for mistreating a (once) loyal customer who have been with them for about two years. The business should be aware that they have breached their contract by not delivering the product in the time they said they would, and that they refused to take responsibility or any decent action to fix their mistake.

Regarding complaint ID [redacted], even though I requested that my order be sent to me via a more reliable courier, business responded to me that shipping to my country is limited, and then they have refunded my credit card with the full amount. I'm still not pleased by their prior behavior, but as for this specific case after dealing with Revdex.com.org, I find that it was handled in a way that I find satisfactory.

Upon delivery of the order one perfume be fake (there are pictures to prove ) . When contacting support fragrancex.com a claim for a refund in the amount of $ 23 , I get a standard answer - that all product is original. In a photo that I sent to them - they do not respond . Meet the standard templates for the answers. I agree to send them back to this perfume - if they will reimburse the postage of $ 25 + $ 23 refund which I paid for this perfume. I can not take on postage. as they exceed the cost of perfume. no fault of mine is that fragrancex.com sent fake. to the rest of the order 7 Perfume I have no complaints . I've registered some complaints at FragranceX customer service, but they say that my stuff have been sent to Brazilian PO service, but it wasn't. The tracking number provided even doesn't exist on Brazilian PO service.

I've registered a complaint on Revdex.com website under ID [redacted] on 12/**/2013 11:57AM, that have been assumed resolved but it wasnt't. FragranceX keep saying that it has been delivered and it is not it issue anymore.

Review: I have been a customer of FraganceX for many years now.I had placed an order online on 12/**/13 for 4 perfumes all of them were Christmas gifts, but one of them was the only gift that my daughter ask me for as a gift. On Dec [redacted] I received an email that my order was delay but that it will ship in one or two business days, which I replied by email that if was ok as long I get it for Christmas. When I called on 12/** to check on the status of my order, I found out that my order was never ship because the Prada perfume was not available, when I ask the lady on the phone why they did not sent the rest of the order her answer was: well we do not partial shipments. I got very upset, and I asker why I was not notify, she said we sent you an email, but the email never said that. I did demand my order to be ship immediately as next day delivery so I can at list show my daughter that her give is on the way, and I was told no. I got very very upset and told then that if I don't get my order here by Thursday 12/** I will put a complain with Revdex.com and then they canceled my order without my concern because I told them that . Surely there is a moral obligation to advise customers if they do know that there are delays that are likely to tke longer than the guideline times. Can FragranceX not at least locate the parcel or advise me as to who is the Courier, surely there is a way to find out where it is. Please, as a South African, this is alot of money. Maybe it is best that FragranceX refund me and I source the product locally. Thank-you

Review: I ordered a tester bottle of Juicy Couture from FragranceX, I didn't contact them for over two weeks as I was in the process of moving when I received the shipment, I have order this fragrance countless times online and am very aware of the fragrance and how it smells and have ordered the tester bottles before from discount perfume companies and never had a problem. The first day I used this perfume I knew something was not right, it smelled as if it was a watered down version or was a fake all together of Juicy Couture, but it def was not the regular perfume, you couldn't even smell it on you. I was very disappointed and immediately emailed about it and got not response at all and then even got a email to write a review, to which I did, I negative one, which of course never got posted on their site, because they only seem to post the positive review, which in itself is misleading customers. I again emailed them and thus far, have gotten no response. It of course now is beyond 30 days and I am sure they are willing to do anything anyway as they won't even answer an email. I even tried to wear it a couple times for friends to see if it was just me and they couldn't smell it on me either, so it wasn't just me. I called them several times to speak to a repersentative but the recording tell me to call back during business hours which is 7AM - 4PM Monday - Friday, because the office is closed. Review: This business sent me the wrong order. They asked me to send the package back by printing a new label and I agreed. The company said they wont ship my order until I ship them back the improper package. Part of why I purchased this was the offered two day shipping. I told them this is unacceptable because I am getting punished now due to their mistake by having to wait even longer for my items. They now refuse to cancel my order until they receive the item they wrongfully sent back to them. At this point I would rather burn 48 dollars than give it to this company. They messed up and they are holding my money hostage until I fix THEIR mistake. They don't care that I have to print the label and drive to the post office. I just want my money back. Review: On the [redacted] November 2016 I purchased 90ml bottle of Shalimar Eau d Perfume. I was charged in UK pounds £43.64 plus £10.59 shipping. Total £54.23. The email sent to me on [redacted] November said the perfume was on its way to the UK. The order number was [redacted]. The perfume soon arrived in the UK but was not delived, by DHL who informed me that I have to pay £20 UK Tax. My complaint is that nothing on the company website indicates that UK tax may be due. A seach on Trustpilot shows that many customers are falling into this trap. What is making the matter even more complicated is that as soon as my wife went to use it, she said the smell does not linger 10 minutes, and the aroma was gone. She feels it is watered down. We feel cheated.

Review: I order $125 worth of fragrance and recieved a confirmation email the same day showing my order #, shipping address, billing address, and product info, etc. Then, 3 days later I recieved another email informing me that the product was being shipped. Upon not recieving my order after a week and a half, I called their customer support line. I was put on hold and eventually disconnected after 10 minutes and told to try again later by the automated voice.

Looking back on the two emails, I noticed that the shipping confirmation email had an incorrect addesss. It was different in zip code and street address.

So for 2 and a half weeks since my confrimation of order, I finally got through and spoke to a real lady. I explained the issue of the incorrect shipping address on the shipping confirmation email from the order confirmation email. She adamantly refused to understand that I entered my correct address (which I did -as in the order confirmation email). She was very dismissive and inpatient and urged me to call my "local post office" to resolve the issue.

Frustrated, I asked to speak with her manager. She informed me that she was [redacted] and her attitude took a more dimunitive and sour turn for the worse. She continued to neither admit, nor address my issue and kept inturrupting me and then proceed to hang up on me and terminate the call.

I called back several times only to be disconnected after 10 min by the automated voice.Desired Settlement: I would very much like an apology for how I was treated and a refund of my purchase. Unfortunately, these gifts I purchased will not be delivered in time for Christmas.

If FragranceX.com would like to credit me an additional amount for a future purchase I would appreciate the gesture and not hold any further grudge against this business. It would be kindly accepted as a very honest effort to satisfy my complaint.

However, as it stands, I feel insulted and offended by the inaction and attitude of the customer service of this company. If this is not adequately resolved to my satisfaction, I will not hesitate to review this company with a very poor rating in any and all review websites that I can find.
