[I have checked my local post every day, the parcel is not there. My local post also sends a message to the mobile number on the parcel when a parcel arrives,No message from the post office, the parcel is not there.FragranceX  promised to deliver the parcel in 2-7 working days `contractual term not honoured`, contract bridged.Please all I want is my money refunded back. ]

In the terms and agreements within your wholesale account, cancellations cannot be made, as found on [redacted]. In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. Sorry you don't have a printer, if you refused it, the refund will process as soon as we get the return. If you did not return it yet or refuse it, please call or email support and they can mail you a label. Calling and emailing support is much faster than using the Revdex.com. Thank you.

[Your Answer Here]We did have it shipped to the same billing address, and no thank you , I was told on the phone that her name could never purchase through Fragrancex, and now we have 600 plus dollars tied up with the bank because of it all. Worst online shopping experience ever. I will be posting all recorded conversations in other complaints, so that nobody  else goes through this experience again. I had my wife go out of her way to email me a picture of her credit card and ID, and I was told it would suffice, and it didn't. All we wanted was my fathers day gift and her fathers birthday gift, not we dont have either nor the funds to get them because of the bank hold from all of the cancels.

This seems to be the standard response on all of my complaints. I was charged for shipping via a courier service and this was not implemented as the package was sent via standard postal service 21 working days ago.if the package has not arrived by Friday [redacted] November (5 working days from now) I expect a full refund as a month is more than sufficient for delivery to take place.
