Fresh Elites

Ordered a phone case from them on last Monday and I got it the following Friday. I got 2 actually one for me and one for my sister so we could match. Wasn’t sure what to expect because not a ton of info about the cases on their site but was pleasantly surprised. It was super protective and much better quality than I expected for how much I paid. I wish they had Android Cases so I could get one for my cousin but it’s ok. My favorite case right now for the price

I ordered an item on May 27, 2019. It was the second time I was ordering as the first time was a good experience. This time I never received the package and I have tried to contact the sender numerous times and I never get back to me. the tracking scan shows that there was an incorrect address on the shipping label however the information on my confirmation email is correct including the address. Either send me the socks or give me a refund! stop ignoring my emails.

Ordered socks for our whole Lacrosse team and we all got the Pineapple ones and they turned out amazing. We needed them in a pinch and we got them with time to spare.

The sizing was good for everyone on the team minus one guy but it was my fault for not checking his shoe size before ordering. I wasn't paying attention lol.

The color was bright and bold and looked good no complaints there. We plan to offer sleeves in the future to match for our next tourney but this order was a success.

Christmas order came in and my Son LOVED it. They also included some awesome stickers which my son liked almost more than the socks lol. They came in time for Christmas which was great. Socks were good quality and great design. My only gripe is that I ordered a size too large for my son. Besides that great experience.

I ordered two shirts about three weeks ago missed their “could take 3 weeks” at check out. I followed up with an email requesting expedited shipping. They responded and said your order will ship next week that is about two weeks ago. I have emailed for status several times and no response. Such a disappointment that these are not here for Xmas.

Placed 2 orders from Fresh Elites and only received confirmation for first order. Thank goodness for Bank receipt! Needing these orders for Christmas. Fresh Elites need to do right by they're customers and have a good way to contact them. They probably don't even read these. [email protected]

I placed a order and received a code for a free case and it won’t accept code

I’ve ordered a pair of socks 3 weeks ago and I’ve received no email or update when they will be here. I need them by this Friday. I’m not happy with this company since I’ve given them plenty of time to be shipped and arrive. Please help! The money has been taken out of my account already so I’d like to receive what I ordered

Just got my first order from them and I ordered a dozen pairs for my sons birthday party for party favors. Which should be a big hit! I can't wait to see the kids faces when they open the goodie bags lol. This was second time my son got something from them, his grandma got him some socks and hats last christmas and he loved them.

As for the order great experience I emailed them on a Monday asking if we could have them on Friday and they got it done. Party is tomorrow and I have the SOCKS! Thanks again.
